Wrote scripts for each video, voice acted and recorded audio for each video, created Formit model content and video recorded step by step navigation through the script and Formit interface. Post produced each video with proprietary content.

• Client Relations Status : In Construction • Multi-discipline Coordination The Juvenile Justice Center is an entire city block development with a • Revit Model new 8 story court tower and sky bridge to Douglas County • Code Analysis + Drawings Courthouse, a 4 story renovation of the former MUD offices for • Construction Documentation probation and a new 4 story juvenile detention facility. The Juvenile Detention Center will house 64 juveniles in 8 housing units designed with the utmost respect and care for the kids. The units feature a lounge area, private sleeping rooms for each child, a private space for digital visitation, a small recreation area, dining, kitchen, and showers.

The facility also provides classrooms, a library, a medical clinic, a gym, face to face visitation, an exercise room, and a large outdoor recreation area. This building connects directly to the court tower.

LAKE CUNNINGHAM DEVELOPMENT Omaha, Nebraska Status : On Hold The Glenn Cunningham Reservoir development is funded by the Lake Cunningham Development Trust to revitalize the park with new roadways/utility to support gate houses, RV/equestrian campgrounds, mountain bike trails, watercraft rental, an education center connected to a wetland boardwalk, birding trail and observation tower, a 350 person event center for weddings/ conferences, an archery range, and picnic areas along the 6 mile lake loop trail (developed in Phase I and currently under construction).

TOMAHAWK WASTE WATER TREATMENT FACILITY Johnson County, Kansas Status : In Construction Partnering with Black and Veatch Engineering, this $250 million treatment plant includes site reconstruction and approx 18 new structures and 2 renovation/additions to existing buildings.

THEODORE ROOSEVELT NATIONAL PARK NORTH UNIT VISITOR’S CENTER Watford City, North Dakota Status : Schematic Design This visitor’s center will house an interpretive gallery for park history and artifact display, public 24-hour access restrooms and administration space for park personnel, totaling 4,500SF.

Career + Significant Projects Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture [May 2014 - May 2016] Omaha, Nebraska THE BREAKERS 415 Leavenworth Street in Omaha, Nebraska

Role: Project Architect

Status : Construction Phase I + II Complete This 1920 -1970 240,000 SF decommissioned power plant was increased by 60,000 SF of new floors to house 216 apartments.

The renovation features a rooftop pool and community rooms with skyline views and a 1st - 4th floor open air courtyard within the existing footprint of the building. The site provides parking for all tenants, outdoor sport courts and riverfront trail access.

GRACE CENTRAL CHURCH 334 North 115th St in Omaha, Nebraska

Role: Project Architect

Status : Completed The site houses two existing 9,000 SF buildings, formerly a car dealership. The $1 million budget was utilized to renovate the north maintenance building into a sanctuary space. The existing repetition of garage doors created symmetry for the worship space and the existing parking lot between the buildings became a green space for services and recreation.
