Pitched Roof Construction: Period clay hand made Staffordshire blue roof tiles to all elevations. First Floor Finish: Oak tongued and grooved boards. Sanded and stained as a finished floor. Internal doors and architraves: Purpose made ledged and braced doors with traditional period door furniture. Staircase: Oak treads, risers, strings and balustrading. Plumbing Installations: Plumbing for outside tap, washing machine, waste disposal unit and dishwasher.
Glazing: Double glazed sealed units. Electrical Installation: TV Points to kitchen, lounge, study and bedrooms including booster. Wall lighting, Under cupboard lighting, external lighting to drive.
