Based in the lovely Belgium town of Mechelen.
ITINERARY
FRIDAY
Morning departure to join our crossing to France and then directly to the Novotel Hotel – Mechelen. Here we stay for three nights with a simple Dinner and full Buffet Breakfast included each day.
SATURDAY
A relaxing breakfast and morning with time to wander within the lovely town. Mechelen is a vibrant City rich in History with Fine Buildings, Museums and Ornate Squares. The River Dyle flows through the town and the wide Main Avenues offer unique Boutiques, Restaurants, Cafés and Bars.
We can also offer an optional excursion to Floralia held in the Castle grounds of Groot–Bijgaarden situated on the outskirts of Brussels around 35km from Mechelen. Here we will include admission to this special Flower Show. (The Optional Visit to Floralia is subject to minimum numbers)
SUNDAY
The highlight of your tour will surely be our visit to the Bulbfields of Holland. A full day as we travel to the West Coast where our journey will be well rewarded.
Here, in the heart of the Bulbfields, we will visit the wonderful Keukenhof Park displays. Admission is included.
We return to Mechelen late afternoon in time for Dinner.
MONDAY
Enjoy your full Buffet Breakfast. No tour to Belgium would be complete without a visit to Bruges.
Famous for its Canals, Lace-making and fine Belgium Chocolates.
A quick visit and then we continue to Calais for our return crossing back to the UK.

The Novotel Mechelen is perfectly situated close to the major historic attractions, Café’s and Shops.
