An English Breakfast Buffet before we depart to Malvern and the Three Counties Showground for the RHS Spring Festival. Wander through the wonderful displays of Gardens, Flowers, Plants and the Floral Marquee. There will be exclusive Shopping, Festival Food and Celebrity Guests – A Brilliant day out.

Take the Hilton Buffet Breakfast at leisure from the full Hot and Cold choices. At 9am we depart to Central London and the Royal Horticultural Society Chelsea Flower Show. The Show takes place in the grounds of the Royal Chelsea Hospital and runs for just a few days – Saturday being the last day. Entrance is limited to tickets only and we include admission to this exclusive event.

We return to our Doubletree Hotel where Dinner is once again included.

We return from Chelsea at 4pm back to the Hilton. Time to relax before your included Dinner in the Restaurant.

SUNDAY

A relaxed Sunday Breakfast and then we depart for a journey into the Cotswolds. We call at the elegant Capital of the Region – Cirencester and then to the lovely Village of Bourton on the Water.

Take your Sunday Breakfast at leisure and why not make use of the extensive Leisure Facilities and Swimming Pool. We depart at around 10am for the short journey to Royal Windsor. Always popular with British and International Visitors, Windsor is dominated by the Historic Castle and Great Park.

We finish with a drive along the Fosse Way through Stow on the Wold and Moreton in Marsh and arrive home late afternoon.

The River Thames offers Boat Trips, there are Museums and Attractions, big name High Street Shops, Restaurants, Cafés and Tourist Office. We depart at around 2pm.

Today we travel to Ullswater, one of the most Picturesque Lakes in England where we join one of the Award Winning Heritage Steamers for a Cruise passing stunning countryside to the small Tourist Village of Glenridding. After a short stay we travel to one of the North Lakes most popular destinations – Keswick, situated between Rolling Hills and Derwent Water Lake. Here there are many attractions and an ideal destination for relaxation and Lunch. We return to our Hotel for a comfortable evening.

WEDNESDAY

After our Breakfast this morning, we journey back into the Lake District making our first stop at Grasmere – So well-known and visited because of its connections to William Wordsworth. We then travel to Ambleside where we join a short Cruise on Lake Windermere, England’s Largest Lake, taking us to Bowness. This lively resort has many things to enjoy including The World of Beatrix Potter, Museums, Shops, Pubs and Restaurants.

There will also be time for Lunch at a traditional Pub, for shopping in Grafton and O’Connell Street or a visit to one of the Fine Museums.

Westport has been attracting tourists for many years and is situated in County Mayo. During our stay we include a Tour of the Connemara Coast taking in breathtaking views of Islands, Mountains and Lakes. We are escorted by a local guide to hear the fascinating Irish history of this fabulous and fascinating area.

Breakfast and then our departure to Wieliczka Salt Mines. Here we find a mysterious underground City that has been in operation for over 700 years. Our tour will see amazing sights, Figures and even a Chapel and Chandeliers all made from Salt. Entrance is included and warm clothing required. (There are steps involved on this visit).

THURSDAY

Breakfast and then our departure via the outskirts of Wroclaw to Dresden.

After our Buffet Breakfast we travel into Poland to the ancient and beautiful Royal City of Krakow. Here we stay at The Novotel Krakow Centre for 4 Nights, Dinner and Buffet Breakfast are included each day.

Here we overnight at the excellent Maritim Hotel centrally situated in the heart of the old town – Dinner is included.

MONDAY

Krakow is Poland’s second largest city, with Medieval History, Grand squares, a Royal Castle, Cosy Bars and a variety of shops and Restaurants. Today we include a walking Tour with a local guide to see the attractions of this popular tourist destination.

Bonded Coach Holidays Group Trading Charter and Booking Conditions BOOKING AND PAYMENT When a booking is made, the ‘lead name’ on the booking guarantees that he or she is 18 or over and has the authority and accepts on behalf of the party that the terms of these booking conditions and pays the deposit indicated in the brochure and as confirmed in the pre-contract information. After we receive your booking and all appropriate payments, if the arrangements you wish to book are available, we will send you or your booking agent a confirmation within 14 days. This confirmation will include any special requests we have agreed. All monies paid to your booking agent are held by them on your behalf until we issue our confirmation invoice, thereafter your booking agent holds the money on your behalf. A binding agreement will come into existence between us when we dispatch this invoice to the ‘lead name’ or your booking agent. Please check the confirmation carefully to ensure all the information is correct. This contract is governed by English Law, and the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Single occupancy of rooms, when available, may be subject to a supplementary charge and these will be shown in the brochure or advised prior to making a booking. You can book by paying a deposit for each person named on the booking but our commitment is always conditional upon the balance being paid as below: • • •

Supplements for front seats and requested seats should be paid with all deposits. The balance of the price of your holiday must be paid at least 8 weeks before your departure. If you book within our balance due period, you will need to pay the total holiday cost at the time of booking. If the balance is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel your holiday, retain your deposit, and apply the cancellation charges set out in the paragraph below. The date of cancellation will normally be the date we receive your written confirmation that you intend to cancel or 15 days after the balance due date, whichever comes first. Where optional items are purchased as part of the holiday, these are payable on the balance due date except where items, such as theatre tickets, have been specifically purchased for you. In this case the cost will be payable at a separate date notified to you and will not normally be refundable unless we obtain a refund from the supplier we use. BROCHURE ACCURACY Although Parrys International make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the brochure information and pricing, regrettably errors do sometimes occur. You must therefore ensure you check the price and all other details of your holiday with us at the time of booking and when you receive our confirmation invoice. OUR PRICING POLICY Parrys International endeavour to ensure that the most up to date and correct prices are shown in our brochure. Occasionally, an incorrect price may be shown, due to an error. When we become aware of any such error, we will endeavour to notify you at the time of booking (if we are then aware of the mistake) or as soon as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if you do not wish to accept the price which is applicable to the holiday. Local Authorities in many towns and cities throughout Europe have introduced new tourist taxes which should be paid directly to the hotel by all guests in person. However, we try to absorb these extra charges and normally these will be paid by our company. Holiday prices include all travel, hotel accommodation and meals as specified in the holiday description and VAT payable in the UK where applicable. The Price of the holiday will not be subjected to any surcharges except those arising from exchange rate changes, transportation including the price of fuel, air and ferry operator fares and tolls, embarkation or disembarkation fees at terminals, duties and taxes (including the rate of Vat). Even in these cases we will absorb the cost equivalent to the costs of the first 2% of the holiday price. Amounts more than this plus £1 administration fee and Travel Agents commission will be surcharged to you. If this means the total cost of the holiday increases by more than 8% then you are entitled to cancel your holiday and receive a full refund of all monies paid except any insurance premium and amendment charges. We will communicate the options with you either through email or letter, with a reminder if necessary. If you exercise the right to cancel we must receive written notice within 20 days of the date of the surcharge invoice. The currency exchange rate used in the holiday costings are based on rates as at the publication date of this Charter. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING If, after our confirmation has been issued, you wish to change to another of our holidays or change departure date, we will do our utmost to make the changes, but we cannot guarantee to do so. However, notification must be received in writing at our offices from the person who made the booking, at least 8 weeks before departures. This must be accompanied by a payment of £20.00 per person to cover our administration costs, plus costs we incur in making the amendment. Alterations cannot be made within 8 weeks of departure and any such request for an alteration will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and will be subject to the cancellation charges set out in the paragraph below. Some arrangements cannot be changed without paying a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the ticket cost. TRANSFERRING YOUR BOOKING You can transfer your booking to someone else but the person must satisfy all the conditions of the holiday and you must inform us either by letter or email no less than 7 days before departure. This transfer will cost £20.00 per person plus reasonable costs to make the transfer. You will remain responsible for ensuring payment before the balance due date. This is in addition to (and does not affect) the separate responsibility of the transferee to us. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY You or any member of your party, may cancel your holiday at any time provided that the cancellation is made by the person who made the booking and is communicated to us in writing via the office who made your original booking. You must pay cancellation charges to cover our administration costs and to compensate for the risk of us not reselling the holiday. Your cancellation will take effect from the date on which we or our agent receive your written confirmation of you cancellation. You must also return any tickets or vouchers you have received. A reduction in room occupancy may increase the charges for the remaining passengers by the application of supplements for low occupancy of rooms. Where bought in supplies, such as ferries, hotel accommodation etc have been bought in on your behalf, and where the terms and conditions of the supplier are non-refundable, these products will be charged to you at the full retail rate. In the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occurring at the place of destination of its immediate vicinity and which significantly affect - (a) the performance of the package or (b) the carriage of passengers to the destination., The traveller may terminate the package travel contract before the start of the package without paying any termination fee. Please note that your right to cancel in these circumstances will only apply where the Foreign and Commonwealth Office advises against travel to your destination or its immediate vacinity. ALTERATIONS TO YOUR HOLIDAY BY US We hope that we will not have to make any change to your holiday but, because our holidays are planned many months in advance, we sometimes do need to make minor changes. We reserve the right to do this at any time. We will let you or your booking agent know about any important changes as soon as possible, including the minimum number of passengers required on the trip. If after booking, and before departure, we make a major change to your holiday, you will have the option of withdrawing from the holiday without penalty or transferring to another holiday without charge. In either case, we will pay you compensation according to the scale set out below. A major change includes the time of your departure or return time by more than 12 hours, a change in departure point or location of resort or type of hotel (excluding single overnight hotels on touring packages where the quality of the hotel is comparable), a change in cross channel travel, or specification of the coach. If we tell you about any of these changes after we have confirmed your holiday booking (other than force majeure), you may either: • accept the new arrangements offered by us; or • accept a replacement holiday from us of equivalent or similar standard and price (at the date of the change), if we can offer you one; or • cancel your holiday with us and receive a full refund of all monies Period before departure in which significant change is notified to you

IMPORTANT NOTICE Compensation will not be payable if the holiday is cancelled because the number of persons booked is less than the number required, or for events beyond our control, which include: war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity and its consequences, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks and pandemics, unavoidable and unforeseeable technical problems with transport for reasons beyond our control or that of our suppliers: hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and any other similar events. You are also advised to check with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Advise Unit regularly at www.fco.gov.uk/travel prior to travel. All holidays operate if the minimum number of participants is met. However, we will not normally cancel your holiday less than four weeks before the scheduled departure date, except where you have failed to pay the final balance or because of force majeure (force majeure means an event which we or the suppliers of the services in question could not foresee or avoid and is therefore beyond our control). OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU We accept responsibility for ensuring the holiday which you book with us is supplied as described in our publicity material and the services offered reach a reasonable standard and if you are in difficulty we will assist you. If any part of our holiday contract is not provided as promised, you may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee and we will pay you appropriate compensation if this has affected your enjoyment of your holiday. We will however, not be liable if there are any unforeseeable or unavoidable actions of a third party not connected with our travel services, or there were unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances, or the lack of conformity is due to a traveller in the party. We accept responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents and suppliers except where they lead to death, injury or illness. Our liability in all cases shall be limited to a maximum of twice the value of the original holiday cost (not including insurance premiums and amendment charges). We accept responsibility for death, injury, or illness caused by the negligent acts and/or omissions of our employees or agents together with our suppliers and sub-contractors, servants and/or agents of the same whilst acting within the scope of, or during their employment in the provision of your holiday. We will accordingly pay to our clients such damages as might have been awarded in such circumstances under English Law. In respect of carriage by air, sea, tunnel and rail and the provision of accommodation our liability in all cases will be limited in the manner provided by the relevant international convention. If we make any payment to you or any member of your party for death or personal injury or illness, you will be asked to assign to us or our insurers the rights you may have to act against the person or organisation responsible for causing the death, personal injury or illness. This clause does not apply to any separate contracts that you may enter for excursions or activities during or outside of your holiday. If you or any member of your party suffer death, illness or injury whilst overseas arising out of an activity which does NOT form part of your holiday, we may offer guidance and where legal action is contemplated and you want our assistance, you must obtain our written consent prior to any proceedings (We limit the cost of our assistance to you or your party to £5,000 per party) IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform your Tour Manager, your Driver or the relevant Supplier/Resort Representative immediately who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint cannot be completely resolved locally, you must complete a Holiday Report Form which can be obtained by your Driver or local Representative, which you should keep. If you remain dissatisfied please follow this up within 14 days of your return home by writing to our Customer Services Department, Parrys International, Landywood Green, Cheslyn Hay, Walsall, WS6 7QX. Giving your original booking reference number and all other relevant information, including the reference of the Holiday Report Form. It is therefore a condition of this contract that you communicate any problem to the supplier of the services in question AND to our representative whilst in resort and obtain a written report form. If you fail to follow this simple procedure, we cannot accept responsibility, as we have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem. Should you wish to pursue the complaint further, the BCH/CPT have an Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme and full details are available from them. OUR COACHES AND SEATING ARRANGEMENTS We will always use our reasonable endeavours to provide a coach to the specification in our brochure or advert, but reserve the right to substitute an alternative vehicle should there be unforeseen circumstances. There is a seating plan but in some cases, operational reasons will require a coach with a different configuration. We reserve the right to alter a coach-seating plan and allocate seats other than those you have booked. Single passengers may be required to share a double seat with other single passengers. When your booking is confirmed, you will be offered the best seats that are available at the time. If you feel that you require two seats, then these must be booked and paid for in advance, at the time of booking. If you fail to do this and it transpires that the seat allocated to you is insufficient for your needs and there is no alternative seating available then you will be refused access to the coach and any payments made will be liable to forfeiture. Specific seats will not be allocated on coaches operating a feeder service between joining points and main holiday departure points or on coaches that carry out transfers between airports, seaports etc. Requests for particular seats other than front seats can be made subject to availability: • For tours up to 2 nights - There are no charges • For tours 3 to 5 nights - £2.50 per seat • For tours 6 nights and over - £5.00 per seat Front Seats may be reserved, subject to availability, at a supplement (per person) of £2.50 for tours of up to two nights duration, £5.00 for tours of three to five nights duration, £10.00 for tours of six to eight nights and £15.00 for tours of nine nights and over. We do not normally allow Children or Single passengers to occupy front seats. HOTEL FACILITIES Some hotel facilities and entertainment may be withdrawn for routine maintenance or be subject to seasonal availability and provision of the facilities cannot be guaranteed. Single occupancy of rooms may be subject to a supplementary charge. HEALTH & SAFETY In some foreign countries, standards of infrastructure, safety and hygiene may be lower than those to which we are accustomed in the UK. You should therefore exercise greater care for your own protection. There may be countries that we visit that have special medical requirements for tourists. These regulations are subject to change and our clients are responsible for complying with entry and current health requirements. If you are not sure of the health requirements for the country you are visiting, you are advised to check with your own GP before travelling. You are also advised to refer to the Department of Health leaflet "Health Advice for Travellers". Some people may be at risk from discomfort or deep vein thrombosis (DVT) if they remain immobile on a journey for a long period. If you are planning to undertake a coach journey of more than three hours, you should consult your doctor, if you have ever had DVT, pulmonary embolism, a family history of clotting conditions, cancer or treatment for cancer, stroke, and heart or lung disease or if you have had major surgery in the past three months. We reserve the right to refuse any booking in the absence of a doctor's certificate confirming that you are fit to travel. Where we provide comfort stops you are encouraged to walk around. Exercise reduces any discomfort, which may be caused by periods of immobility. SMOKING No smoking is allowed on our coaches (including E-Cigarettes). PETS We do not allow pets or any other animals, although we accommodate Registered Assistance Dogs, but not on overseas holidays. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, ITINERARIES, PICK UP POINTS AND PASSPORTS For all continental holidays, you will require a full 10-year British Passport (machine readable) valid for the period required for the country or countries you are visiting. If you do not hold a full British Passport or you have any doubts about your status as a resident British subject, you must check with the Embassies or Consulates of the Countries to be visited to confirm the Passport or visa requirements when you book. We cannot accept responsibility if passengers are not in possession of the correct travel documents. For full details on passport requirements, please contact ‘the identity and passport service’ on 0300 222 0000 (www.direct.gov.uk) You are responsible for ensuring you are at the correct departure point, at the correct time and with the correct documents. Parrys International reserve the right to modify itineraries to conform with requests from competent authorities both within the UK and abroad. We are unable to delay departures, particularly when Coaches are meeting Feeder Services, collecting other Passengers and travelling to connect with Channel Crossings. Excursions which are included in the cost of your booking are detailed on the brochure page and refunds will not be made for excursion not taken. Optional excursions booked and paid for in resort do not form part of your booking. Admission fees to buildings may not be included in the price of the holiday, please check.

Bonded Coach Holidays Group Trading Charter and Booking Conditions SPECIAL REQUESTS All special needs and requests, if agreed, should be included in the confirmation of the holiday. These cannot be guaranteed except where confirmed as part of our holiday commitment to you and are detailed on your holiday booking confirmation. We are keen to ensure that we plan the arrangements for your holiday so that special needs and requests can be accommodated as far as possible. If you will need assistance, or may be unable to fully enjoy all aspects of your holiday you must tell us in advance so that we can maximise your enjoyment of the holiday. We will need to know if you will need special facilities in the hotel, taking part in the excursions or have difficulty boarding and travelling on the coach or other means of transport. Before booking your holiday, you should be sure that you and your party are both physically and mentally capable of completing the itinerary. If you need advice or further information either you or your booking agent should contact our Reservations Team. If you will require a special diet please tell us at the time of booking, or as soon as you are medically advised, together with a copy of the diet. We are pleased to pass on all requests to hotels and agents, however please note that they are not guaranteed. All requests must be made with Parrys International and never with the hotel direct. PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES Please Note our tours are not suitable for clients with health conditions or walking difficulties. We want everyone to enjoy our travel arrangements. We are happy to advise and assist you in choosing a suitable holiday. But, as some of the accommodation and resorts featured may not cater for even minor disabilities, it is important that, when booking, you advise us of any disability, specific need or complex need you may have and any special requirements that will make sure the holiday is suitable. If a passenger requires personal assistance (for example, assistance with feeding, dressing, toileting, mobilising) then this passenger must travel with an able-bodied companion or carer and written confirmation that such assistance will be provided for the entirety of the holiday is required at the time of booking. Coach Drivers/Tour Managers are unable to provide such assistance. IMPORTANT You must tell us if you have any existing medical condition, disability or complex need that may affect your holiday or other group members’ enjoyment of it, before you book your holiday. We reserve the right to request a doctor’s certificate confirming the passenger is fit to travel. If, in our reasonable opinion, your chosen holiday is not suitable for your medical condition or disability, we reserve the right to refuse your booking. You are responsible for bringing with you the proper clothing and equipment, which we advise you about in our printed trip information. We want you to enjoy your holiday and will help you select an appropriate trip. There is very limited availability for wheelchairs. Request for carriage must be made at the time of reservation. We are unable to carry Electric Wheelchairs or Scooters. PASSENGER BEHAVIOUR We want all our customers to have a happy and carefree holiday. You are responsible for your behaviour and hygiene and the effect it may have on others. If you or any member of your party is abusive, disruptive or behaves in a way that could cause damage or injury to others or affect their enjoyment of their holiday or which could damage property, we have the right to terminate your contract with us and we will have no further liability or obligation to you. The coach driver/representative, or authorised official is entitled to refuse you boarding if in their reasonable opinion you are unacceptably under the influence of drink or drugs or you are being violent or disruptive. If you are refused boarding on the outward journey we will regard it as a cancellation by you and we will apply cancellation charges. If on your return journey, we have the right to terminate the contract with you. We ask you to be considerate when using Mobile Devises. TRAVEL INSURANCE Travel Insurance is compulsory on all European holidays (including Jersey & any tours travelling to the Republic of Ireland). Although not compulsory on UK holidays it is strongly recommended. We recommend customers to take out travel insurance. Travel insurance is available from many providers, but we have arranged a tailored travel insurance policy with Towergate Chapman Stevens. If you do not have adequate Travel Insurance cover and require our assistance during your holiday, we reserve the right to reclaim from you any medical repatriation or other expenses which we may incur on your behalf which would otherwise have been met by insurers. Please note that it is your responsibility to be in procession of the correct travel insurance documents when you travel, which should include details of the insurer, the policy number (where applicable) and the name and contact number of the Emergency Medical Assistance Service. Parrys International Tours Limited is an appointed representative of ITC Compliance Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (their registration number is 313486) and which is permitted to advise on and arrange general insurance contracts. LUGGAGE Please restrict your luggage to a suitcase weighing no more than 18kgs per person. We suggest one large suitcase between two, or two small suitcases plus one small overnight bag. Should you bring over this amount of Luggage, we cannot be held liable should there not be enough room on the Coach. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to luggage unless through our negligence. Please do not leave valuable items in your suitcase when left on the coach. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that luggage is loaded onto all coaches. You must attach issued Luggage Labels to all items. Any Luggage claim should be pursued with your travel insurance provider. Holiday Information HOW TO BOOK AND CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATIONS To make a reservation simply telephone our office to check availability or check our Website online. Read our TRADING CHARTER, FINANCIAL STATEMENT, ITINERARY and send your deposit/full payment. No booking can be confirmed until a deposit is paid. Credit or debit card payment can secure a booking immediately. PAYMENT BY CHEQUE When making any payment by Cheque, please write the name of the person and the booking reference number on the back of the Cheque. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Parrys International Tours Ltd’. We do NOT accept postdated cheques. ACCOMMODATION Individual hotel details show if facilities include air-conditioning and passenger lifts. Certain items in hotels such as saunas and solariums may incur charges. Some hotels have accommodation in separate buildings to the main hotel complex. Many hotels hold functions that may cause extra noise. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Due to traffic restrictions some Hotels cannot be accessed by Coach and a short walk maybe involved i.e. Hotel Sole – Riva Del Garda, Hotel Felsenkeller Rüdesheim. In these circumstances we will normally transfer luggage to the Hotel. FERRY ACCOMMODATION Accommodation on Overnight Ferries is normally a 2-Berth inside Cabin with Bunk Beds. All Cabins have Private Facilities. DOUBLE & TRIPLE ROOMS Requests may be made for a double-bedded room in preference to a twin room. However, requests are forwarded to the hotels and rooms allocated at the hoteliers discretion. Many ‘twin-bedded’ rooms on the continent have the appearance of being a double. There are in fact one or two mattresses and separate duvets. Triple rooms are limited and normally consist of a double bed and a fold-away bed. We do not advise the reservation of a triple room for three adults. In all Novotel Hotels all rooms have one double bed and one sofa bed. PORTERAGE Please note that porterage at hotels is not included. You may however ask your driver for assistance. MEALS – WHEN INCLUDED British tours: We normally offer a choice menu on British tours – English Cooked Breakfast is included and Evening Meals are Buffet style or table d’hote with tea or coffee served afterwards unless stated otherwise. European tours: Breakfast is usually a Continental Buffet, while Dinner is normally a three-course set menu and all drinks including tea and coffee charged as extras. Some tours require set meal times and individual tables are normally not available. All Hotels request that no items are taken away from the Restaurant.

RESORT DEVELOPMENT In many resorts improvements and building work take place in the summer months. Changes can happen very quickly and we will try to advise you of work that may take place in your resort destination. ENTERTAINMENT Some of our hotels arrange additional entertainment. Where this is part of the package details are given on the respective brochure page. Where it is not specified it may still be available but is at the discretion of the hotel and is not guaranteed. It may be withdrawn if there is a lack of demand or for operational reasons. EXCURSIONS & FACILITIES We reserve the right to cancel any optional excursions due to low numbers. Due to regulations governing driving hours it may be necessary to alter the order of excursions or cancel excursions. Optional excursion prices are subject to alteration if costs involved are changed. Please remember that some amenities (e.g. hotel lifts, swimming pools, etc) require servicing and cleaning and may not therefore be available at all times. Some services may be affected by weather conditions and their availability is entirely at the discretion of the provider of the service. CHILDREN In our opinion the coach tours featured in our brochure are unsuitable for young children. A reduction maybe applicable to children under 12 and applies when sharing a room with two full fare-paying adults. All child prices are available on request. PICK UP TIMES Please note we cannot delay any departure due to late arrivals at pick-up points. Remember there are often long periods of coach travel. Early departures are often required to meet reasonable arrival times. On our 5 day programs, coaches depart early on Friday morning for the return journey often non-stop. TOUR INFORMATION Approximately one week prior to your departure you will receive optional excursion prices, pre-printed luggage labels and a travel ticket confirming your pick up time. These are strictly posted to the lead address only. PARKING Limited parking spaces are available at our Landywood Green premises, at a supplement of £5.00 per day. Parking must be pre-booked through our Reservations Office. JOINING POINTS It is a firm company policy that passengers are set down at their original joining points only. FEEDER SERVICES Feeder services are often used to reduce pick up times. These can be operated by other Tour Coaches or small mini Coaches or even Cars. Please be aware that these may be different vehicles and may not have our normal facilities on board. COACHES All our fleet of tour coaches have telephone communication. Seat belts are fitted to all seats and our music is licensed by the Performing Rights Society. We reserve the right to sub-contract coaches at any time and the specification and facilities may differ to that detailed in our Brochure or Website. When operating low loaded tours it may be necessary to use smaller vehicles. Please note due to electrical connections under all seats, bags or bulky items should not be stored under seats or on the floor. Storage is available in the overhead lockers – Size restrictions apply. DRINKS ONBOARD Please note for safety reasons hot drinks should not be brought onto Coaches from services or any other outlet. Our own hot drinks fit into our drop down tables. CCTV All our Coaches are fitted with CCTV Cameras. These record both images and sound for the added safety and security of our passengers and crew. These can be used for crime prevention and the prosecution of criminals. FRONT & CENTRE STEPS Please be aware that the front and centre steps leading to the toilet and exit are quite steep and protrude into the main gangway. All clients are advised to be extra cautious. Please do not use Coach Toilets unless on a Motorway journey and is safe to do so and never when standing or on normal roads and or maneuvering. CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES Parrys International conditions of carriage require that no person may be permitted to drink alcoholic beverages at any time aboard the coach unless served by a member of staff. Failure to comply with this may result in the clients’ holiday being terminated under the same conditions stated in the section ‘Passenger Behaviour’. DRIVER AND COURIER Gratuities are not included for your driver and courier. We feel that you would rather deal with this personally, but for good service we would suggest £1 per day from each passenger for each member of your crew. PERSONAL ITEMS Please leave any valuables in a safe-deposit box in the hotel, including cash and travellers cheques. Such items are not covered by insurance if stolen from hotel bedrooms. We do not accept liability for any personal items left at the hotel or on board our Coaches. THEATRE TICKET ALLOCATION Passengers should note that we have no direct control over theatre ticket allocation. Theatre seating cannot be pre-selected or guaranteed. Therefore on odd occasions ticket allocation may require parties to be split in the theatre. Please note that Ticket Face Value may be different to prices paid by the Company. GIFT VOUCHERS Gift vouchers can be redeemed at Parrys International Office, Landywood Green, Cheslyn Hay, WS6 7QX. They may be exchanged for goods of equal or higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. If any holiday purchased with a voucher is subsequently exchanged for a holiday of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be issued in vouchers. Parrys International will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. Parrys International reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of vouchers at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the voucher, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights. INTERNATIONAL CLUB – ROAD MILES Parrys International is pleased to offer the ‘2019 International Club’. This is a loyalty scheme available to all travellers who travel on 4 tours or more between the 1st January and 31st December 2019. Members can collect road miles as follows: Tours 2- 7 Days: 50 road miles 8 Days and over: 100 road miles

Road Miles are not compatible for Jersey Tours or Day Excursions.

These can then be redeemed as a future discount against most of our holidays. Each 50 road miles is valued at £5.00. Other benefits include priority booking, information and late availability special offers. BROCHURE INFORMATION The information contained within our brochure was accurate at the time of going to press. However, we would point out that our company cannot be held responsible for changes made by our agents, our Hotels or new government laws, which may affect the tour itinerary. At certain times of the year, some advertised facilities, attractions and services may not be available. BREXIT At the time of going to Press, it is unknown about how leaving the EU will affect our Continental and Ireland Tours. In the unlikely event that we are unable to take our own Coaches into EU Member States, then we reserve the right to hire in European Coaches & Staff. If we are forced to cancel European Tours then we will refund in full but no compensation will be payable.
