I love photographing children, in fact, that’s how this all started for me. I love their honesty in front of the lens, their willingness to play. I endeavor to capture the authentic moments and the tender interactions, preferring to be a bit of a ghost really, so that the subject(s) can do what they wish ‌ laugh, cuddle, day dream, spin in circles! The outdoors is a tremendous inspiration to me and the light cast by the sun makes all the difference in the world. At the end of the day, I hope to capture meaningful and beautiful moments in the best possible way, to give people a tangible way to forever treasure the moments that made their lives to lovable.

I am so completely in awe of a tiny baby and the miracle of it all. And capturing those wrinkles, the half smile, and that little bottom up in the air while they sleep so contentedly, fresh to our families and without a care in the world ‌ well, that’s magic.
