Known around the world for “fights” of water in the street, the Songkran comes from ancient traditions are still observed. During the festival, families come together, renewing family ties and honoring elderly. Songkran means “to enter”, has roots in the Sanskrit language. The water, symbol of the festival, is the process of cleaning and purification, while the celebrations welcoming the start of the new calendar year in Thailand. During Songkran, the community spirit is reflected in activities such as cleaning the temple, presenting offerings to monks, rituals in which they are washed statues and images of Buddha as a sign of respect. "The Songkran Festival 2011 edition is very special because it will be an opportunity to celebrate the 84th birthday of His Majesty the King. Visitors will participate in an even richer from the cultural point of view, with to a series of events planned in 13 cities throughout Thailand.Songkran Festival will present several events in Bangkok and other 12 cities in five regions of Thailand: North, Northeast, Center, East and the South. Chiang Mai and Sukhothai are obligatory stops for visitors who go to northern Thailand, but also during the Songkran provinces in the Northeast, for example, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Phanom, Nong Khai have a much particles of the festival. After 14 years from self-titled debut and "The Eclipse", the previous album, Subsonica back in 2011 with "Eden". The new compositions created by a precise reversal of the band, which seems to clear break from the gloomy productions of earlier work. The band spent a long time indeed in a country house, away from the hustle and bustle of big cities, searching Eden in fact, a place which to find peace, tracing the history of men and women fighthing to escape from metropolitan neurosis. Ballads aside, the style of subsonic Eden raised in the early years: from the fast pace of "The Flood" and the enveloping "dirty Domestic Product", on great songs like "Gasoline Ogoshi, a piece that conveys great anger and energy. Despite the pace of the songs have slowed down, the band is more mature by sound and songs development. Eden, the Subsonica album return, is lively and colorful, like a "concept", is presented as a journey moods.
Dopo 14 anni dall omonimo esordio e "L'eclissi", l'album precedente, i Subsonica tornano nel 2011 con "Eden". Le nuove composizioni nascono da una precisa inversione di rotta della band, che in quest'utimo progetto sembra volersi nettamente distaccare dalle produzioni cupe dei lavori precedenti. La band ha trascorso infatti un lungo periodo in una casa di campagna, lontana dalla vita frenetica delle grandi città, alla ricerca dell' Eden appunto, un luogo nel quale ritrovare la propria tranquil-
lità, tracciando la storia di uomini e donne che cercano di sfuggire dalle nevrosi metropolitane. Ballate a parte, Eden rilancia lo stile dei subsonica dei primi anni: dai ritmi veloci di "Il Diluvio" e l'avvolgente "Prodotto Interno Lurido", a brani eccezionali come "Benzina Ogoshi", un pezzo che trasmette grande rabbia ed energia. Nonostante il ritmo dei brani sia calato, la band torinese appare più matura nei suoni e nello sviluppo dei brani. Eden, il ritorno dei Subsonica, è un album vitale e colorato, che in una forma quasi "concept", si presenta come un percorso di stati d'animo.

This lamp, in fact, use one of the more "strange" alternative energy that man has conceived so far: electricity produced by algae pho-
tosynthesis. Developed this year by Stanford University in collaboration with researchers at Yonsei University and designer Mike Thompson has decide to take advantage by this sensational discovery,to this amazing projects: latro Lamp. Combining nature (algae) and technology (the lamp) into a single design, the pendant lamp becomes a living object able to extract the energy produced by algae living in the water and through the sunlight plus carbon dioxide (CO2) give rise to photosynthesis. Just expose the lamp to the sun and, when necessary, "blow" in a small opening in the chamber of glass and a dose of CO2 that's it.

Caratteri organolettici Colore paglierino tenue con riflessi verdolini; profumo intenso e fine, fruttato e floreale persistente, che ricorda la mela golden e le mandorle verdi; netto è il sentore di fiori di camomilla. Al sapore è di buon corpo, armonico e persistente, di spiccata sapidità ed equilibrio. Temperatura di servizio 8-10 gradi.
