Amy Tan Born in Haiti, Grace Sullivan joined her family in New Jersey in 2020. Friendly and outgoing, Grace enjoys riding bikes and swimming in the summer, skiing and drinking hot chocolate with LOTS of whipped cream in the winter!

Born in Mongolia, Andrew Wikner (pictured here with his sister Kat) joined his family in Iowa in 2004. Andrew enjoys football and being with his friends. He is a medic in the Oregon National Guard and is attending college in Oregon.

Rose and her classmates play outside their school in Uganda after receiving a nutrition and health screening provided by Holt donors. Rose loves school, which she attends with the support of her sponsor. She also loves sports, especially jumping rope and hula hooping!

Born in China, Grace Welch joined her family in New Jersey in 2017. Grace radiates joy and enthusiasm, and her favorite things are reading, swimming, ice cream, dancing and spending time with her large family.

Eight-year-old Angel loves wearing pajamas, having her picture taken and playing with her puppy! With the support of Holt donors, Angel is able to stay in the nurturing care of a foster family while she waits for a loving adoptive family.

Born in Vietnam, Chinh Ngoc Switzer joined his family in Oklahoma in 2019. Chinh Ngoc loves to laugh and is super active — often playing soccer, riding bikes and hiking with his family.

Nestled within a bustling and impoverished slum community in Bengaluru, India, there’s a daycare center for children of migrant families. With support from their Holt sponsors, these children have a safe place to learn, play, eat nutritious daily meals and adjust to their new life in the city.
