This month, Francesco Ergastolo joins us as depot service controller, whist we welcome Joshua Spoors as the latest addition to the parts team. We are also joined

by David Armstrong, as an addition to our

engineering resource.

At the latest depot meeting we discussed the need for more literature at the depot, available for customers to take away from the depot and to improve the message that we deliver to our valued customers, which we will endeavour to achieve throughout 2015.
