Your dining table plays a big part in the home. Whether you are eating around it, catching up with friends with a big mug of coffee and biscuits, or using it to work on, it is a worthwhile investment and one that needs to be well thought through.

For a start, the shape of the table is important. If space is an issue, consider a circular table so it is easy to walk around, and always make sure that the chairs are comfortable and at a good height – with adequate space between your legs and the bottom of the tabletop.
