Designed by Arik Levy, Vibia’s Wireflow chandelier could best be described as minimalist. Its understated look is due to its transparency and the thin black cables that make up its frame. Top Atelier Allain Ellouz’s iconic suspension lamp, the Luna, is highlighted by its simplicity. It is available in varying lengths and, when clustered at different heights, the spheres offer a mesmerisingly elegant aesthetic. Its tubular frame, which is attached to the ceiling, emits light downwards to gently and beautifully illuminate what sits below. Designers from the Ciszak Dalmas studio, together with Joan Gaspar, aimed to combine simplicity, functionality and aesthetic beauty when creating this striking lamp. Above Karman’s Stant collection comprises linear shapes reminiscent of early-20th century engineering, with all of the lamp’s components visible to the eye. Above Right Northern’s Butterfly is a small wall lamp that was designed in 1964 for Arnold Wiigs Fabrikker and later produced by Høvik Lys of Norway. Above The new Captain Flint floor lamp from Flos has now been technically engineered so that it can be used outside. Captain Flint Outdoor is completely weather-resistant, with the diffuser made from injection-moulded UV-resistant opalescent polycarbonate.
