TOP OF THE TABLE
Tableware sets the mood and complements the food you are serving. Whether you want a formal setting or a more relaxed feel, tableware creates this instantly. For everyday use, consider durable crockery which will stand the test of time. Unless you are aiming for a very formal table setting, tableware doesn’t have to be “matchymatchy”, so mixing up colours and serving bowls, for example, is a playful measure to make the table look interesting. Candles and vases are an easy and effective way to ensure the table setting feels welcoming and provides a finished look. Serving jugs, pots and bowls are much more attractive to place on a table than simply jars and bottles, and they also make the table-setting appear more well-considered. So make your mealtimes special and invest in some beautiful tableware this spring.
