CONSTRUCTION BEGINS AT LUXURY DEVELOPMENT IN LA QUINTA MOUNTAIN SCAPE

Backed by BREEAM certification, an award-winning developer and trusted architects González & Jacobson, construction at Vista Lago Residences started earlier this year. Atlas Group has been selected to construct several of the villas.

The infrastructure work poses some challenges due to the mountainous terrain, which also adds a certain uniqueness to each individually designed property. The villas stand on large plots, which enhances privacy, and each has its own private swimming pool and landscaped garden. The foundation and structure of the villas uses reinforced concrete and all roofs have thermal insulation. The properties are infused with large format porcelain stoneware, inside and out, and include domotic controls, air conditioning throughout and charging points in the garages for electric cars.
