CLIVE DANIEL HOME

Clive Daniel Home opened its Fort Myers showroom on October 5, 2023, marking the award-winning design firm’s fourth location. Like Clive Daniel Home’s existing stores, its newest showroom — at 8650 Gladiolus Drive, Suite 200 — will offer a comprehensive selection of furniture, lighting, rugs, window treatments, accessories, and the company’s award-winning interior design services. “At 48,000 square-feet, our Fort Myers showroom is a true jewel box,” said Daniel Lubner, CEO of Clive Daniel Home. “It’s a beautiful space, and we hope it will deliver endless inspiration and resources to our guests.” The showroom marks Clive Daniel Home’s fourth location. The company opened its flagship in Naples in 2011, its second in Boca Raton in 2016, and its third in Sarasota in 2022. The leadership team decided to open a fourth in Fort Myers in the wake of Hurricane Ian. u

“Following the hurricane, we felt a fidelity to support all that needs to happen over the next few years to restore our community,” says Daniel Lubner. “We have a significant number of clients in Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, and the islands, so opening a nearby showroom will make it that much easier for them to work with our products and designers.” Daniel and his father, Clive Lubner — Clive Daniel Home’s chairman — are longtime Fort Myers residents, having been connected to the area since 1978. Fort Myers is also the location of Clive Daniel Home’s warehouse and corporate office, so the location is a natural fit for the company’s continued expansion. TYE INTERIOR DESIGN At Tye Interior Design, we love using colors in a strategic way to evoke emotions, enhance specific tasks, and radiate personality. In one of our latest projects, our client was seeking a style that blends comfort, grace, and subtle sophistication, while incorporating high-contrast, moody accents. It was important that both silver and gold metals were incorporated into the design. The final product is this understated, impactful coastal palette perfectly tailored to complement the laid-back yet refined lifestyle synonymous with Southwest Florida. We welcome the opportunity to partner with homeowners and builders to transform spaces into serene havens that reflect both personal taste and regional charm.
