While designing a vacation home for a Midwestern couple, Principal Designer Tye Davis applied her personalized touch and vibrant vision to deliver a palette characterized by neutral textures and warm wood tones. Tye chose warm, cozy, and oh-so-versatile browns in the primary bedroom. It’s fitting that Pantone announced its 2025 Color of the Year as Mocha Mousse. It’s exciting to see this warm, rich hue getting the spotlight it deserves! Pantone describes it as a comforting color that evokes the delicious qualities of chocolate and coffee—and the team at Tye Interior Design couldn’t agree more!
The guest suites provide personalized luxury with soothing textiles, custom layered bedding, and thoughtfully curated art pieces. Although most of the homeowners’ time spent in Naples is dedicated to relaxing, they needed a space that inspires productivity. The study is a room that makes you want to sit down and tackle that to-do list! Each room balances comfort and style, offering guests and family members an escape.
