LANCASTER INTERIOR DESIGN This elegant main foyer features Napolina limestone floors and black marble. Overhead the buttress ceiling is painted a soft robin’s egg blue. The Venetian antique chandelier and wall sconces complement the antique Swedish consoles with marble tops. This kitchen features minimally detailed frameless cabinetry while preserving historic architectural elements. Crafted by Wood-Mode, the Nordic White gloss finish is complemented by classic walnut along the perimeter of the space. State of the art appliances. extensive storage, and a double island counter space make this design visually appealing and functional for even the most temperamental chef. for a radius bar, this uniquely designed focal point accommodates storage, a wine cooler, refrigerator, and television. The lighting under the granite bar was achieved with a flexible strip lighting. patterned marble flooring with a brushed surface and chiseled edge, and backdrops of white, gray, and taupe create the coastal contemporary design of London Bay’s Isabella Grande. The woven arm chair and neutral sofa are accented with pops of teal. The great room features a combination of vintage and modern lighting. ROBB & STUCKY This transitional design features a cool neutral palette with green-grays, blues, and beige, with furnishings from Robb & Stucky. The Burton James sofa is flanked by Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams swivel chairs, and accent chairs by Vanguard. The console and side tables are also by Vanguard. SHS DESIGN This dining area is a casual, comfortable, and family friendly design reflecting the owners’ desires for their vacation get away. SHS Design was tasked with creating the interiors of this home in just 14 weeks. The casually elegant setting of blues and grays is in harmony with the outdoor living area just beyond. EPOCH SOLUTIONS

From country to coastal, this renovation transformed a dated kitchen. Painted Wood-Mode Brookhaven oak cabinetry features a dry-brush painted finish. Stainless steel appliances, pale aqua blue ceramic backsplash tile, polished decorative hardware, and quartz countertops keep it coastal. Wrapping the side of the peninsula is a cabinet that features decorative ‘X’ mullion glass inserts accentuated by the walnut interior for display. LANCASTER INTERIOR DESIGN Mirrored, antiqued custom vanities with matching imported Venetian mirrors are the focal point of this master bath design. The floors and walls feature lavender marble mosaic rugs and accent walls on a base of Crema Marfil marble. The automated silk Austrian shades are made of Osborne & Little striped damask fabric. This custom Asian influenced outdoor shower was created by Jake Brady Concrete by Design. The concrete

open-air

shower

has

a

contemporary

WICKED SMART HOMES A high performance entertainment system is completely concealed behind this Cinemaframe screen in this living space. The renovation of this 1950’s bay front home included the design of this coastal cottage kitchen. Custom raised panel cabinets are punctuated by glass door uppers. The cabinetry on the right is designed to mimic a piece of furniture that showcases the client’s personal collections. Cool, relaxing hues are complemented by hand-made and hand-painted backsplash tile from local artist Pamela Marwede. Murano glass pendants are suspended above the speckled island counter top. MKID Set in a 1924 condominium listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this sleek and modern, yet softly curved kitchen is Italian design at its best. Pedini of Italy offers unique features which set it apart from all the others. Three floating aluminum shelves integrated into the granite backsplash keep utensils and supplies within easy reach of the cook top and high speed cook wall oven. A curvilinear floating glass shelf serves as a bar top and room divider. State of the art appliances from Gaggenau, Miele, SubZero and Fisher Paykel make it functional while rich cherry finishes and softly lit glass cabinets add warmth. This vignette in a young couple’s home represents their enthusiasm for their new vacation home, and love of life. The Cartier Chain of Hearts from Natural Curiosities hand-crafted, artwork is silver-leafed. The piece makes a bold, shimmering statement paired with a metal console table. STOCK DEVELOPMENT | STOCK SIGNATURE HOMES A crisp, white background provides the perfect canvas for fresh pops of pure blue in the guest suite of Stock Signature Home’s Gardenia model. Soco Interiors coined the term Sarasota Fresh for the home’s coastal contemporary design. Acrylic bedside tables and a white drum chandelier are simple and airy. Abstract floral draperies complement the midnight blue in the artwork and bedside

Located in a secluded Longboat Key enclave this master bath design captures the feel of a luxury retreat, while maintaining the casualness of a coastal cottage. It features a vintage-style claw-foot tub, and Rohl floor- mounted plumbing fixtures. His and hers matching bowed front vanities are accented with wicker inserts, and ribbed glass panels in the upper towers. The counters are a dark green onyx. Custom painted wall-mounted lighting sconces match the colors in the wallcovering, drapery, and area rug. Distressed, dark walnut, wide plank flooring adds warmth to the design. GILBERT DESIGN BUILD

White doesn’t have to be boring and this recently remodeled kitchen is the perfect example. Removing the wall and planter shelf provided an open-concept feel for practical seating and entertaining space. The transitional cabinetry is equipped with deep drawers for pots and pans, and pull-out cabinet organizers.
