Help Your Customers Find You: Maximize Your HBA Directory Presence by Krista Mund, Executive Vice President

The HBA of F-M’s online membership directory is getting a face lift! As more people rely on their smart phones and computers to seek information, we continue developing and enhancing our online directory.

A promotional campaign has been launched through social media to increase awareness and drive consumers to the website to access building industry professionals. We are reorganizing the directory page to help consumers pinpoint the trade or service they need. The goal is to drive more consumers to your listing at hbafm.com/findamember and encourage members to update their listings to engage consumers through the HBA’s website.

An online focus gives the ability to share analytics with you on how many customers find your company information through hbafm.com. Below are just a few ways you can make it easier for them to find you.

You will receive an email this month requesting that you log in to the HBA of F-M’s Member Information Center to update your company’s contact information. Staff will facilitate this process regularly to maintain accurate data online.
