Wellness is a term used to define the physical, emotional, financial, occupational, and mental health of an individual. Wellness encompasses all aspects of an individuals life and refers to the nature in which we live. Below are six ways we can all focus on the amount of joy and fulfillment we receive from living, and continuously improve our experience.

Occupational Wellness involves engaging in motivating and fulfilling work that goes beyond employment, participating in activities that provide meaning and purpose and reflect personal values, interests, and beliefs.
