That could mean doing a mail campaign to create a mega open house, where we get hundreds of people through the front door and raffle off iPads and other creative incentives to create a lot of buzz around the listing,”

says Sophie. “We do creative things. We think outside of the box and always deliver the result.” When they’re not guiding clients through transactions, Scott and Sophie enjoy contributing to the local community. Scott is on the board of the World Transformation Center (WTC), a Pleasantonbased charity that provides funds and volunteers for U.S. disasters. Sophie is a Team Captain for Cycle for Survival, an annual event that directly funds lifesaving rare cancer research. She also hosts the International Real Estate Forum, which educates local Realtors on global markets. During their downtime, the couple enjoys traveling and staying active. Scott and Sophie recently got married in Tuscany, where they spent 3 ½ weeks exploring the region and building relationships that can benefit local buyers looking for vacation properties in the area. Scott spends his leisure time with his 12-year-old daughter, as well as swimming, biking, and paddleboarding.
