All Around Honesty: Paddy Kehoe

M

aybe it’s his love for helping others, or the fact that he began working with people at an early age. Paddy’s breadth of experience is especially helpful to sellers. Upon walking in a home, he can easily scour a property, seeing both the limitations and upside potential, relaying how that affects its market value. Skilled in home renovations Paddy not only knows how to properly update listings, but does so in cost-effective fashion that’s always profit-focused. “When it comes to repairs and upgrades, my clients rely on me to decide where money is best spent,” Paddy says. “If we’re not going to make a profit on the money we’re spending I don’t want to spend it. Whether it’s my dollar or theirs, I don’t waste it.” Beyond his multifaceted background lies an authentic interest in helping people increase their quality of life.
