At the young age of 10, Julie Del Santo decided she wanted to be a Realtor after winning a local agent’s coloring contest. While that childhood dream took time to come to fruition, it served as a seed that later bloomed into her very own brokerage, Dudum Real Estate Group. Her Walnut Creek and Lafayette-based offices serve the greater East Bay with a heavy emphasis on the 680 and 24 corridors. Julie first entered real estate in 1999, after 4 years with KTVU. Since then, the broker has made quite a mark over her 16-year career. The St. Mary’s graduate joined Coldwell Banker in 2000, and earned the “Rookie of the Year” award just one year later. A natural leader, Julie held managerial roles and led a growing team of agents before setting off to open her own brokerage in 2010. “I’ve always enjoyed the leadership aspect of tapping into people, and growing together. I think there’s a lot of untapped potential in all of us, and it’s not that we can’t do it, but that sometimes we just don’t know how. We often need that extra push to discover it. When we opened, we had agents joining us at all levels of experience, but we all came together to push each other, and helped raise the bar on what really is possible in this business, and when servicing our clientele,” says Julie Del Santo, Broker and owner of Dudum Real Estate Group. Nearly five years later the team of 54 Realtors has continuously ranked number one for highest per agent productivity, in both sales and volume. The group was also named the top office in Walnut Creek in terms of units and volume for this past month of August. The Lamorinda native credits much of their success to focusing on the quality of agents at her company, over the quantity of agents. Although she is

She and her supportive husband, Tony, have been married for 7 years, reside in Lafayette, and are the proud parents of four dynamic children: AJ, 5, Rocco, 4, DeLuca, 2 ½, and Lola, just 8 months old. Julie is an avid tennis player and also loves cooking, dining out and traveling with her loving family.
