To ensure local sellers capitalize on this aggressive market, we’ve compiled a few tips for this spring’s selling season. List Before Summer Sellers who put their home on the market during the onset of spring can take advantage of low inventory and an influx of buyers, which results in better prices and terms. While the selling season begins as early as mid-February, May tends to be the preferred month to list, because of its track record for garnering the highest sales prices of the year. During this time, buyers jumpstart the relocation process before summer vacations begin. This year the Bay Area may see even more activity as buyers strive to purchase properties
