As you can see on the Average Sales Price chart, the average sales price for all of Lamorinda has gone up from 2014, increasing 12.1% in Lafayette, 7.4% in Orinda and 6.6% in Moraga. According to the Contra Costa Association of Realtors’ ® market research, most homes in Lamorinda are selling above the original listed price.
