Choosing a garden room can be a complicated process. That’s why at HOME Garden Rooms we have kept it as simple as possible and we concentrate on what’s important. All of our rooms come fully loaded with every optional extra you could need from Hi Tech smart heating to LED lighting with superior insulation and interior finishings.

Choose the Model – We have two ranges to choose from, the VIEW typically sits well at the end of garden looking back to your home due to the vast front glass opening. The ASPECT works well positioned sideways or in open areas where the open glass corner can fully be taken advantage of.

Choose your size – When considering size, take into account what you will be using it for. How many people will use it? Do you want different zones for work and exercise or leisure? A pool table or large gym equipment?

When do you want it? We can sometimes react quickly at HOME Garden Rooms if an installation is needed quickly. It’s important to plan the process – we can walk you through what to expect at every stage.

Do you need planning? – Generally you don’t. Our garden rooms meet permitted development requirements, but if you have any concern over positioning, or if you live in a flat, listed building, green belt or conservation area we are here to offer free informal advice on what you can and can’t do.
