MANUFACTURING

All HOME Garden Rooms are designed, manufactured and built in the UK by fully trained install teams who have installed 100’s of garden rooms throughout their careers.

At first glance garden rooms may look similar, but look a little deeper as the devil is in the detail. At HOME Garden Rooms we pride ourselves on using entirely market leading materials. Whether that’s the 100mm of solid insulation all around (double the average thickness) or the Hi-Tech SMART interior heating, the market leading shadow gap vertical cladding or the LED recessed mood lighting… The detail has been precisely designed and paired with fully inclusive pricing to ensure every HOME garden room is built to the highest quality.

Doors

We use steel reinforced sliding doors or bi-folds to combat against any flexing or ‘sticking’ of doors to ensure long lasting hassle free use. All of our doors and windows are covered by a 10 year Manufacturers Warranty. They are also reinforced, double glazed and come with ultra secure triple locks as standard.

Plaster Finish / Decorated

Premium plaster finish is standard in all of our rooms. This gives a modern seamless interior finish which is complimented by modern skirting and high quality decorating (all rooms come finished in matt white, but can be painted any colour you like thereafter)

Decking

HOME Garden Rooms offer composite decking. Guaranteed to be hassle free in comparison to timber decking which is prone to discolour, cracking and becoming slippery.

Premium Flooring

All of our rooms come with a choice of Amtico style high-quality onepiece flooring. This gives a superior finish whilst also ensuring longevity and protection against snagging or damage (especially if you plan to install gym equipment or heavy desks)

Flush Fit electric and LED lighting

Your HOME Garden Rooms comes complete with flush fit, brushed chrome double power sockets with USB ports. Ethernet ports, light switches, premium recessed LED lighting strips and outside up/down lighters

Roof Trims and Fascia

All of our rooms (whether you have a canopy or not) come with steel roof fascias as standard. Not only do they add a premium contemporary finish to your HOME garden room, but they protect against the weather and any potential warping of roof lines

SIPS technology

All HOME Garden Rooms are built using Structural Insulated Panels with 100mm of insulation. This is guaranteed to keep your room cosy throughout the winter, and protect against thermal bridging (or cold spots as they’re sometimes known) All HOME Garden Rooms come with reinforced roof sections to ensure they are strong, warm and secure whatever the weather.
