The change from a balanced market to a buyer's market that occurred last month has now settled in firmly. Supply is increasing but less quickly because contract activity is picking up as is usual for the time of year. Demand remains stubbornly low compared with the normal spring level, and buyers have quite a selection to choose from at the moment. In a buyer's market, prices tend to fall, but it takes quite some time to happen. One new stat added this month is the “Listing Success Rate” – this is the percentage of listings that actually sell as opposed to being pulled from the market. I share this stat because I’m very proud to state that Homehelper Consultants is GREATLY outperforming the market as our Listing Success Rate is at 98% for the year! Interested in becoming part of the 98%?!? Contact us today:
