PARTNERSHIP HIGHLIGHTS IN 2020

Emerald Glen playground

Spring 2020, residents of Homeport’s Emerald Glen community witnessed their playground come to life thanks to a $35,000 gift from IBP’s Foundation.

The refurbishing also brought a hands-on boost from IBP employees.

HOPE Fund

IMPACT pledged up to $1 million of the CARES Act funding toward an eviction prevention match fund named the HOPE Fund. Homeport was the first IMPACT partner to pledge $200,000 in order to leverage the match funding.

Killarney Woods

CASTO and Homeport are partnering to build 200 apartments off East Broad Street across the street from an L Brands distribution center on the Far East Side.

Half of the apartments will be for individuals and families earning a maximum of 80 percent of the area median income.
