According to statista.com, in the second quarter of 2015 Facebook topped the charts with 1.49 billion active users. Instead of reaching out to an audience in a traditional advertising manner, Facebook is focused on content sharing and creating a viral marketing effect. This allows us to build trust by demonstrating our expertise, our community involvement and providing information the consumer wants instead of telling the audience how great the company is. Facebook has proven to be an important part of connecting our customers to our homes for sale. According to our Google Analytics, since January, 133,786 of our visits to Homesale.com came from Facebook.com/HomesaleRE. Currently our page has 4,430 followers, so each time we post not only do we reach the 4,430 people who like our page, but we potentially can reach all of their friends. In the second quarter of 2015 we posted 162 times (That’s an average of 12.6 times per week). From those posts we had 1,603 likes and 406 shares, this generated over 46,910 people seeing our brand. We also boosted 6 posts that reached an additional 77,660 news feeds.

Homesale Virtual Tours A Video Can Make The Difference Between Marketing A Property And Getting It SOLD BHHS Homesale has created an extensive YouTube channel that hosts a video for every one of our active listings. The channel is broken down into strategic playlists including luxury homes, counties and zip codes.

We tag every video with price, description, remarks, listing agent’s contact information and most importantly a link back to the detailed property page, so the consumer can view all of the information. That puts us on track for over a hundred thousand views for 2015.
