TheDashboard Dashboard is your homepage. It contains transaction file status, productivity and company news as well as links to websites you might use on a regular basis. It also lets you check on the current paperwork processing and transaction approval timeframes. My Account In My Account, you can manage your contact information. Any time you have a change of information, you will make those changes here to notify HomeSmart. You will also complete your profile to help clients find you on HomeSmart.com, manage your notifications, and schedule your covering agent during vacation time. Transactions
The Education tab enables you to find live training links, training videos and a link to our Education Calendar where you can register to reserve your seat in any of our many Continuing Education and business courses. The Transactions tab is where you can create transactions, submit paperwork and manage the status throughout the life cycle of the transaction from pending to close. our Marketing Design Center where you can customize and order business cards, flyers, postcards, yard signs, listing/buyer presentations and, order promotional items, download and create free marketing and log in to your free personal marketing website. You can also access all of your SmartTools through the Marketing tab. Education

RealSmart Agent is your tool for business development and resource for information as a HomeSmart agent. You can access RealSmart Agent at RealSmartAgent.com. Your username is the email you provided. The first time you login, your password will be HomeSmart1! (case sensitive). You will be prompted to reset it. You can change it under the My Account button.
5 Y our Virtual Office Office The Office tab has company and industry news. This is also where you can obtain branch information, reserve conference rooms, or inquire about office space leasing opportunities. Calendar This tab contains an automated transaction function showing expiration/closing dates for all of your transactions. Downloads The Downloads tab contains forms, marketing materials and more. You can search per category on the left, or by typing in a keyword on the top right hand side where it says “Search All Downloads.” FAQs FAQs is populated by our Brokers. It posts frequently asked questions and answers. It’s updated with new Q&As regularly, so check in often for new information. You can search categories on the left, or by typing in a keyword on the top right hand side where it says “Search All Questions.” Contact Us Find contact information for each department. RealSmart Agent App Available in the iTunes app store and Google Play, the RealSmart Agent App brings all the ease and features of our end-to-end real estate transaction management platform to the palm of your hand.

Each site contains property details, a photo gallery, and a contact page to reach theSmartGalleryagent. Listing Website HomeSmart automatically submits MLS properties to over 1000 search engines and consumer websites nationwide, giving each home unsurpassed exposure. SmartSES Listing Search Engine Submission SmartTube creates a video set to music from the MLS listing you create and submits it to YouTube. Although not recommended, other common browsers that can be used are Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. HomeSmart Calendar Access the calendar by selecting the Education tab in RealSmart Agent. Go to the Class Schedule. Double click on the class you want and select Reserve Spot. Need to cancel a reservation? Access your RealSmart Agent account. Click on Completed Classes to view classes taken or Scheduled Classes to view registered. Marketing Design Center Access our new Marketing Design Center through the Marketing tab on RealSmart Agent. Customize and order business cards, postcards, flyers, yard signs, listing/buyer presentations and more! Besides customizing and ordering your marketing material, you'll also be able to access a library of free downloads, including marketing slogans, flyers and other branded graphics, as well as fully customizable listing presentation PowerPoint and Keynote files. The Marketing Design Center is also where you'll find promotional items such as shirts, coffee mugs, lapel pins, flash drives, note books, pens and more.

10 Paperwork Process 1: Log onto the RealSmart Agent Panel at RealSmartAgent.com. • Select the Transactions type on the lefthand menu • Click the Create button Need Help Creating a Listing? Select the Education icon, then click on RealSmart Agent Videos. 2: Enter Your Transaction. Once created, you have two different options to submit your paperwork. Browse and upload directly into the transaction, or drag and drop. Hint: If you don’t have your own method of uploading paperwork, like a scanner at home, keep in mind that our office has the scan-to-email feature from the copier. To Email Your Paperwork Each transaction has an email address to receive the transaction paperwork. You can view the email address of a specific transaction from the transaction summary page (displayed as “Shareable Email”). All documents emailed to this address will automatically be added to the transaction document inbox. All paperwork must be received within five days of contract acceptance. This includes new listings, sales and leases. Hint: To view training videos, select the Education tab then choose RealSmart Agent Videos.
11 3: Check Status. Once submitted, your paperwork takes 48-72 hours to be processed and reviewed by the Broker. To check the status of your paperwork, log back into your SmartPanel within that time frame. Go to the Transactions tab and click the transaction type to see the statuses of your transactions. Click on the property for detailed information. TIP: Be sure to check the Current Processing Timeframes section on the right-hand side of the Dashboard screen. Upload directly into Transaction, or email to the transaction email address.
