SmartStart Agent Training Looking to launch your real estate business? This course is designed for you. SmartStart is taught by industry professionals and provides a real world introduction to real estate and expectations for your first experiences in the field. Topics include Conducting Yourself as a Professional, My First Buyer, My First Seller, Following the Rules, Finance and Title, and Technology Essentials.
Marketing Essentials This series answers questions such as how to get started, job functions of a real estate agent, where to get business, and what to do next. It walks you through cultivating new business through referrals, working with buyers, sellers, investors and more. It also covers the basics of building your brand by creating awareness and marketing to your "Sphere of Influence" plus recommendations and guidance on building a budget, goal setting, where to invest and financial mistakes to avoid.

Each course begins with a structured overview of the features, continues with Q&A and can result in the scheduling of a one-on-one with our Agent Services staff to assist with learning beyond the classroom.
Professional Development & Mentoring 65/35 Split on First Three (3) Transactions A mentor will provide hands-on, step-by-step assistance and teach you the proper way to conduct a transaction, including filling out forms, contracts, MLS activities, broker file compliance, the RealSmart Agent system and more. This “learning through a service” will fully prepare you for your next real estate transaction. *Mentors are compensated on a 65/35 split. The number of required transactions may vary. Other conditions may apply.
