The original structure was built in the year 1920. It was a private structure then, and after the remodeling, it was transformed into a public tourist spot. During each fall a festival is held in the temple, in the name of Wong Tai Sin. The temple complex is divided into three parts. The first is the Hall of Three saints, the second I the Good Wish Garden nd the third is dedicated to Confucious and his 72 disciples.
