DEADLINE 1st of the month to reserve space in next month’s issue 5th of the month for artwork and payment for next month’s issue
Minimum ad term is 4 months, except for special event or seasonal businesses, to ensure best Return On Investment (ROI). Premium positions are for ads starting at a half page in size or larger. Cover sponsorship available with $1000 contract minimum over 12 month period. Payment is due by the 7th of the month for the next issue. Accounts must remain in good standing to continue to receive frequency discounts. Insufficient funds, or accounts past due 90 days will result in loss of frequency discounts, administrative fees, and loss of future ad space. Liability for advertiser’s message, content and offer, remains with the advertiser. Hoo Knows is not liable for submitted ad material or errors once proofed. Discounts available for 501c3 Non-Profits Agency fees negotiable

Terms Of This Agreement: 1. Advertiser agrees to advertise for the duration, size, price & payment option listed below and meet all deadlines as advised. 2. Publisher agrees to distribute magazines monthly to the distribution points determined and administered by the Publisher. 3. Publisher agrees to develop a full color ad upon request at a cost of $32 25 per hour to the advertiser . There will be no charge for correction of any designer’s errors. Any client errors or future changes will be costbilled $10 per quarter hour. Advertiser may also submit their own ad per Publisher’s specifications, at no cost. 4. Advertiser agrees to pay for monthly advertising and initial inital design fees by the 7th 5 of the month for the following month’s issue. Unless if paying by credit card, then it will remain on file with publisher and card will be charged by the 15 7thth of the month for the following month’s issue. Insufficient funds will result in admin fees from the publisher, along with compensation of fees incurred to collect said past due amount. Insufficient funds will also result in loss of ad space until account is brought to good standing. Accounts that don’t remain in good standing will forfeit their frequency discounts and pay retail ad rates. 5. This document contains all of the terms between the parties and supersedes any prior verbal agreements. All sales materials, including rate card, deadlines and other instructions provided in writing to advertiser by sales representative, are an extension of this contract and therefore upon signing below, indicates advertiser’s approval of the information and instructions contained within. 6. Ad content is subject to publisher’s approval. Position requests aren’t guaranteed unless premium positions are purchased. Content must be truthful and in good taste. Publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel ads that are considered in bad taste, derogatory, defamatory or infringes on the rights or privacy of others. Advertiser assumes full liability for content and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the publisher from all claims, suits and related costs arising from their ads. 7. Advertiser will be solely responsible for any and all photos used in their ads and obtaining photo releases if necessary. 8. Because of the high speed commercial presses we use, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. Distribution of Guides: 1. Advertiser will be given guides for distribution in quantities at publisher’s discretion. Advertiser will, at their discretion, allow publisher to place guides in their place of business for their customers to access. Errors in Advertising: 1. A proof will be given to advertiser for his/her approval prior to printing by mail or email. A non-response by the suspense date issued for edits, assumes approval of said ad by advertiser.
