Promotional Capabilities A Library’s Public Launch
There was no mirage in this desert community during the week of the Phoenix Public Library’s (PPL) launch of hoopla. Local press and media proved just as anxious as the cardholders to get the word out about this new entertainment offering to PPL’s serviced community.
