Hoot Magazine

Hoot Magazine is a fashion publication founded by Columbia University students in Fall 2009. We aim to inspire our peers and readers by exposing them to the cultural happenings of New York City. With a growing network of over 30,000 both in and out of the university community, we intend to be the fashion barometer within the academic setting.
