Hopebridge was conceived by founder Kim Strunk, an occupational therapist who recognized the urgent needs within her community. This led to the development of a multi-disciplinary, evidence-based protocol centered around applied behavior analysis (ABA), which diverged from traditional autism therapy models and was initially not covered by insurance, rendering it inaccessible to many.
