The four-story building houses offi ce spaces, a restaurant, bar, and meeting facilities, as well as the Jefferson Street Inn on the third and fourth fl oors. The multi-chambered extruded beige vinyl windows offer energy effi ciency and low maintenance, while keeping with the traditional, historical design. This successful project has helped rejuvenate downtown Wausau.
