We hope that you’re happy with any product purchased, but if you wish to return a product to us for whatever reason you may do so to: Horse Health, Copied Hall Farm, Winsor Road, Winsor, Southampton, Hants SO40 2HE.

If an instruction is given to leave an order in a ‘safe place’ and therefore delivered without a signature the couriers insurance is invalidated. Horse Health cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost under these circumstances.

There is no need to contact us prior to sending an item back. However, please include your name, address and reason for return/request for exchange.

Disclaimer

Refunds and exchanges will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are in saleable condition, not damaged, and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. P&P at £4.95 will be charged for items sent back out. We will refund in full or replace items like for like, but reserve the right to withhold 20% of the purchase price if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item is not resaleable.
