For those who don‘t know our history, we started in Finland in 1982 with trotting equipment, under the well-known brand Finn-Tack. In 2003 we expanded our horizons, branching out to riding equipment. Today Finn-Tack distributes riding equipment across nearly the whole world. Sales is increasing on a daily basis, and we are extremely proud of and happy for all our customers, who enable us to supply the best products, with good quality and the right price. Today we sell our products to more than 3,000 stores across the world. Our warehouse and distribution centers are located in the Netherlands, USA, Russia and Finland. For us, production, logistics and sales are three important key words to ensure that we always have the right product at the right price. ABOUT US Oy Finn-Tack Ltd is one of the largest producers and wholesalers of equestrian and trotting equipment and clothing. We are a privately owned Scandinavian enterprise that supplies equipment for all levels of riders, drivers and their horses, from young beginners to competitive athletes.
PRODUCT DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT We pride ourselves on our team of designers who stay at the forefront of equestrian fashion and on our ability to source the best raw materials available. Products are developed and tested in cooperation with our sponsor riders and drivers. Our main goal is to offer high quality products at a competitive price.

SALES CHANNELS Today our products are sold through numerous channels. Our own stores have been established mainly in the European Nordic countries and our American and Asian markets are developing rapidly. Our webshop is available in 11 languages. Our fantastic network of retailers provides local service to equestrian enthusiasts all around the world. We are extremely proud of the strong relationships with our retailers as well as large chains that offer equestrian equipment.
PRODUCTION AND QUALITY CONTROL The key to our success is our unbeatable centralized production process. Finn-Tack is one of the only companies in the market that can guarantee control of every phase of the supply chain; this sets us apart from our competitors and benefits our customers. We have our own production facilities in China, Ukraine and Finland, as well as local purchase offices around the globe. Local quality teams carry out strict quality inspections on our products before they are shipped to any of our warehouses. For many years we have focused on ethical purchasing and require that all our factories and suppliers follow our Code of Conduct, first implemented in February 2012.
MODERN WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS Our modern and efficient main warehouses in the Netherlands, Finland, United States and Russia ensure fast and reliable service for all our customers. Professional logistic solutions are constantly optimized to meet our high standards.

Horze is our main brand for English riding, providing great quality products at affordable prices. We are committed to help and equip horses and riders of all skill levels to reach their best performance with every product and service that we bring to the market.
As a leading harness racing brand, FinnTack offers a complete range for horse, trainer and driver. The brand is well established and highly respected for its wide selection of quality tack and equipment, all thoroughly tested to ensure optimum comfort, safety and durability.
Pharmacare is our range of superior quality nutritional supplements and care products, all a result of extensive product development in our own production facilities. Pharmacare is an exceptional - and affordable - choice for the well-being of the horse.
OTHER BRANDS In our shops and online we also offer a wide range of other brands to the consumers. At the moment these brands are not in general available for our retailers.

PRODUCT RANGE AND AVAILABILITY Our product range consists of 70% standard products always in stock and 30% seasonal products.
STANDARD PRODUCTS These tried and tested products can be ordered at any time from our warehouse. We have an average availability of 95% on standard products.
SEASONAL PRODUCTS Seasonal products are pre-ordered six months in advance and delivered at the beginning of the season. The seasonal collections offer a wider range of fashionable colors and current styles, but are produced in limited quantities. We recommend pre-ordering seasonal products to secure a complete line of products, which will increase your sales.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY We invite our retailers to use our easy and efficient online order portal:
http://order.finntack.com This is your tool for: • Placing orders • Checking status and tracking deliveries • Printing out invoices and packing slips Retailers are given login information when the customer account is created.
CHANGES ON ORDERS Due to an efficient order handling process, no changes can be made to orders confirmed by Finn-Tack. In case you have any questions contact our customer service.
DELIVERY TIME Our goal is that all orders placed to Finn-Tack are packed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 work days from the moment the order is received. Embroidered goods take 2-5 days longer than normal. Urgent orders must be delivered to Finn-Tack by 11 am, so that they can be shipped the same day. Below is an overview of average transport lead times to European countries. Note that this is an average and may vary depending on the delivery address.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How do I know if a product is available? When you place your order on https://order.finntack.com/ you will see the availability of the product. In this workbook you can find information on all standard products that are available in 2016. In addition we have also included an overview of the seasonal pre-order products that are only available on pre-order. For specific needs, contact us to check availability!
What should I do if I wish to add items to my order? If the packing slip has not yet been posted and sent to you by e-mail, it is still possible to add items to your order. In such case please contact order@finntack.com
When will my parcels arrive? On the order portal https://order.finntack.com/ you can check tracking information for all your orders. Just log in and click on “Order status” to find the tracking codes.
I have lost the invoice/packing slip. Where can I find it again? We keep all the documents saved for you on the order portal: https://order.finntack.com/. Just log in and click on “Order status” to find the documents for any of your orders.
Not all of the pre-paid products were delivered, what should I do? Do not worry if you have pre-paid your order and a product is sold out. You can either request to get the sum paid back to your account or you can leave it as an overpayment on your customer account and use it as payment on your next order. You can at any time request for an up to date account statement where you can see the balance.
How does Finn-Tack handle backorders? Sometimes a product is sold out and can not be delivered. The packing slip will state a date when we expect to get the product in stock again. Our retailers can choose if they want to order the product again or if they want to get the products added to their next order when they are available again. Uncompleted backorders are automatically deleted from the system every three months. Contact our customer service team to get the settings optimized for you.
Where can I find product pictures? We have an extensive online gallery where you can download high quality images of all our products. These images are available free of charge and can be used to promote our brands in your store or online. ELASTANE
Description Elastane fibers, also known as spandex or by trade name Lycra, can be stretched four to seven times their length, reverting to the original length when tension is relaxed. Elastane fibers guarantee a high degree of comfort combined with great freedom of movement and has the highest stretch tension of all textile raw materials. In woven and knitted fabrics, elastane increases shape retention and accelerates crease recovery.

Description BV WinTex combines the maximum warmth of a high performance layer with a water resistant and wind resistant barrier. Description
COOLMAX® fabric is a performance fabric that includes an effective fiber-based moisture management system. The system wicks perspiration away from the body, through the fabric where it evaporates quickly, allowing the wearer to feel cooler and more comfortable. Designed to regulate body temperature during physical exertion, CoolMax is durable, incredibly soft and extremely comfortable. Fast drying, resists fading, and does not wrinkle or shrink are a few of the benefits of CoolMax that are an asset to athletes.
Eco-friendly Bamboo fabric has been growing in popularity because it has many unique properties and is more sustainable than most textile fibers. Bamboo aids athletes in maintaining a lower body temperature while exercising, is light and strong with excellent wicking and antibacterial properties. Bamboo fabric is wrinkle resistant with insulating properties to keep the wearer cooler in summer and warmer in winter.
Made by DuPont, neoprene adds reinforcement and guards against abrasions as few materials do. Neoprene adds comfort and wicks away moisture when placed against the skin acting as a layer of protection. Items constructed with neoprene additives are typically more expensive than those that are not due to the safety and durability of the product.
The weather resistant properties of the fabric ensure warmth and its lightweight feel add comfort.
Benefits Neoprene adds comfort, life span, increased durability and protects against abrasions. Neoprene products wick moisture away enhancing comfort and coolness. Though more expensive than products without neoprene, the investment is well worth the benefits.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 1. Acceptance/ Agreement These Terms and Conditions supersede all other terms and conditions, oral or written, and all other communications between the parties suggesting additional or different terms. These Terms and Conditions represent the final and complete understanding of the parties and may be amended or cancelled only by written agreement signed by both parties. These Terms and Conditions expressly limit acceptance to these provisions. No order shall have any force or effect until acknowledged in writing by Oy Finn-Tack Ltd (hereinafter “Seller”). Any proposal for additional or different terms or any attempt by Buyer to vary in any degree any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is hereby deemed material and is objected to and rejected. No terms of any document or form submitted by Buyer shall be effective to alter or add to the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise stated herein, Buyer’s receipt of any portion of the goods (“Goods”) shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, unless Buyer immediately returns all such Goods.
2. Prices Seller’s prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise specified, all quotations are binding only for immediate acceptance. Seller has the right to cancel any order, for any reason; including mistakes in pricing made by Seller. Freight cost will be added to orders whose tax-free total amount stated in the order confirmation does not exceed the free freight limits. Freight costs are determined by number of parcels and destination of the shipment. Free freight limits may vary by country.
neglects to pay or agree to terms of payment, the account will be closed and Buyer will be sent to collection. The customer is obligated to compensate all costs caused by debt collecting. An account opening fee will be charged in order to open the account again. Seller will only sell to Buyer with prepayment until Buyer proves to be worthy of trust again.
6. Risk of Loss All risk of loss or damage to Goods shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to Buyer, to its designated agent, or to a carrier for delivery to Buyer, whichever occurs first. In case of loss or damage, Seller will assist in the making of a claim against the carrier of the goods.
7. Delivery Due to a fast order and shipping process no changes can be made to orders confirmed by the Seller. Confirmed orders will normally be packed and shipped from the Seller´s central warehouse within 2 working days. The Seller reserve the right for delayed shipments during busy periods like campaigns or high seasons. a. Bigger shop opening and event orders need to be placed well in advance, as they usually require a longer handling time. b. If the order includes embroidery service or assembly of products (i.e. carts), the processing of the order takes 2-5 days longer. c. All shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are based upon prompt receipt of all necessary information from Buyer.
3. Taxes
d. Shipping time varies by country, address and the general delivery terms of the transport company.
Purchase prices on the online order portal do not include any sales, use, excise, privilege, or other taxes or assessments now or hereafter imposed or levied by or under the authority of any Federal, State, or local law, rule, or regulation concerning the Goods sold hereunder or the manufacture or sale thereof.
e. Seller shall not be liable for any claim, loss, expense, or damage of any kind whatsoever for delays in delivery.
For all orders delivered to Netherlands, Finland or Norway the local value added tax is added to the prices. When shipped to another EU country than the Netherlands or Finland, reverse tax liability is applied and the sale is considered to be tax-free distance selling. The Buyer must send Seller a valid VAT tax number while opening an account. If the Buyer does not have a valid VAT tax number or it has not been delivered in advance to the Seller, the VAT of the source country will be added to the invoice. When shipped outside EU elsewhere than Norway, the Buyer is responsible for bringing the goods into the country and reporting VAT. The sale is considered to be tax-free export trade.
4. Terms of Payment The valid payment terms are always stated on the invoice. All payments are due according to the due date on the invoice and all orders are subject to acceptance at Seller’s office. The full payment should be received on due date at the bank account stated on the invoice. The payment should always include Seller´s invoice number as reference. a. No discounts shall be taken except as stated on seller’s invoice. The price for the Goods and all other amounts due to Seller from Buyer shall be paid without abatement, deduction, or setoff. Full payment is a condition precedent to all of the Seller’s obligations hereunder. The Seller shall have full ownership of the product until Buyer has paid in full, including any additional fees incurred by the Buyer. All goods not paid for shall be returned to the Seller at the Buyer’s cost. b. Payments are accepted only by giro/bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted and will be returned to the sender. If the Buyer orders on pre-payment terms, the order will only be shipped when the payment is registered on the Buyer´s bank account. If the pre- payment has not been registered within 10 days from the order confirmation date, the order will be cancelled. By signing the credit application form the Buyer accepts the Seller´s payment terms as well as collection procedures. The Buyer has the right to apply for change in their credit conditions. The Seller has the right to change any customer’s credit limit and terms of payment if necessary, as well as demand advance payment for any order regardless of the terms of payment.
5. Delayed Payments and Collection Procedures The customer is obligated to pay a valid penal interest for all payments made after the due date. The penal interest rate is stated in the original invoice. The Seller has the right to leave the order unsent, if the Buyers credit limit has been exceeded and/or until all unpaid invoices are paid. If Buyer accrues outstanding invoice(s) seven days after due date, the Buyer will send 1-2 requests for payment (depending on country). If the Buyer after one month still
f. The Seller will only deliver to the address given by the Buyer in the company information form. The Seller does not deliver goods directly to the Buyers customers or to other unknown addresses. The delivery address can only be changed by providing the Seller with an updated company information form.
8. Warranties and Limitations of Warranties Seller expressly warrants that, for a period of one year after shipment the Goods will be free from defect in material and workmanship. THESE ARE SELLER’S ONLY WARRANTIES. SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY SELLER AND EXCLUDED. Buyer must pass all written warranties, instructions, and warnings provided by Seller onto the end user of the Goods. If Buyer notifies Seller in writing within the warranty period of a defect in any Goods or part thereof sold by Seller to Buyer, and if Seller determines, after appropriate tests and inspection by Seller, that such Goods or part thereof are not in conformity with the warranty given hereunder, Seller will repair or replace, at its sole option, F.O.B. point of distribution, the defective Goods or part thereof, provided Buyer returns such Goods or part thereof to Seller, freight prepaid. No Goods or part thereof shall be returned without Seller’s prior approval. This shall be Buyer’s exclusive remedy for Seller’s liability hereunder. Any claims not made within the warranty period are deemed waived by Buyer. In lieu of repairing or replacing the defective Goods or part thereof, Seller may, at its sole option, refund the purchase price therefore. Seller’s liability to Buyer, or anyone claiming through or on behalf of Buyer, with respect to any claim or loss arising out of any Goods sold by Seller to Buyer or alleged to have resulted from an act or omission of Seller, whether negligent or otherwise, and whether in tort, contract, or otherwise, including failure to deliver, delay in delivery, or breach of warranty, shall be limited to an amount equal to the purchase price of the Goods or part thereof with respect to which such liability is claimed or, where appropriate and at the option of Seller, to replacement of the Goods or part thereof. In no event shall Seller be liable for any bodily injury, death, or property damage resulting from or in any way arising out of the Goods or their sale, use, or manufacture. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES. If Buyer, enduser, or any third party repairs or modifies all or part of the Goods without the prior written consent of Seller, or if the products are not used or maintained in compliance with Seller’s directions, instructions or warnings, this warranty shall be void. All products intended for wear on either horse or rider must be properly fitted by knowledgeable and qualified personnel. If such items are not properly fitted, this warranty shall be void.
9. Inspection Buyer shall inspect the Goods as soon as possible, but at least within seven days, after receipt, and Buyer shall immediately notify Seller in writing of any claims that the Goods do not conform to Seller’s warranty for such Goods.
10. Returns and reclamation Goods may not be returned without prior written authorization by Seller. The Buyer has a right to claim and return the goods if the goods are damaged, defected or insufficient. The product description available in the online store and the date of purchase define the possible compensation paid for the product. Giving sufficient information about the reasons of the return is important. If the product has been worn-out or broken because of faulty usage, it has been mishandled or its reasonable operating life is over, a claim will not be accepted by the Seller. a. All claims must be made within 7 days after the goods have been received. The Seller has the right to demand a picture of the damaged goods to be sent for further actions. The Seller´s goal is to process all complaints within 1-2 weeks. b. Even if there is an open claim to the Seller, the Buyer is expected to pay the full invoice amount until due date. The Seller will process the claim and issue a credit note for the defect/insufficient items. The sum of the credit note can be deducted either from the invoice in question or the invoice of next order. If the Seller and Buyer have agreed on a product return, the returned goods must be in good condition in their original packaging and able to be returned to stock. If not otherwise agreed to by the Seller, all Goods returned must be shipped to seller prepaid. Discontinued or customized products (carts, embroideries etc.) are not returnable for credit.
11. Indemnification If the Goods are manufactured in accordance with specifications or other directions provided by Buyer, Buyer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seller against all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, which Seller may incur or become liable to pay with respect to such Goods, including product liability claims, claims relating to patent, trademark, copyright infringement, or unfair competition, claims of non-compliance with any Federal, State, or local law or regulation, and any other claim of any third party which relates to or in any way arises out of such specifications or other directions provided by Buyer. Buyer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seller against all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses which Seller may incur or become liable to pay which relate to or in any way arise out of Goods being subjected to, in whole or part: (i) improper storage; (ii) accident, damage, abuse or misuse; (iii) abnormal operating conditions or applications; (iv) operating conditions or applications above the rated capacity of the Goods; (v) any use or application other than or varying in any degree from that for which the goods were designed; (vi) the failure to comply with any warnings, instructions, or maintenance procedures provided by Seller; or (vii) any improper fitting of any Goods.
12. Patents Except as provided in Section 11 with respect to Goods manufactured in accordance with specifications or directions provided by Buyer and except for Goods or components thereof manufactured by others and resold by Seller, and provided Buyer has made all payments due hereunder, Seller shall defend, at its expense, any suit or proceeding brought against Buyer based upon any claim that the Goods or any part thereof infringe a patent issued as of the date of Seller’s quotation and shall pay any damages and costs awarded therein against Buyer, provided that Seller is notified promptly in writing of such claim and is given full authority, information and assistance by Buyer to defend or settle the suit. If the Goods or any part thereof are deemed to infringe any such patent, Seller shall, at its expense and sole option either: procure for Buyer the right to continue using said Goods or part; replace them with non-infringing Goods or parts; modify them so they become non-infringing; or remove them and refund the purchase price for them.
13. Force Majeure Seller shall not be liable for any delay in or failure of performance due to any contingency beyond its reasonable control.
14. Termination Seller shall have the right to terminate this Agreement or to cease work hereunder, in whole or in part, at any time, if (i) Buyer is in default of or commits a breach of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement it has with Seller, (ii) a petition initiating a proceeding under any applicable law relating to bankruptcy, insolvency, or reorganization is filed by or against Buyer, (iii) Buyer executes an assignment
for benefit or creditors, (iv) a receiver is appointed for Buyer or any substantial part of its assets, or (v) Seller shall have any reasonable ground for insecurity with respect to Buyer’s ability to perform and Buyer is unable to provide Seller with adequate assurance of its ability to perform within ten days after written request therefore by Seller. Seller’s right to terminate under this section is not an exclusive remedy. Seller shall be entitled to all other rights and remedies it may either at law or in equity. No termination hereunder shall affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party as of the effective date of such termination.
15. Storage In absence of agreed shipping dates, Seller shall have the right to invoice Buyer and ship the Goods once they are ready for shipment. If Buyer is unwilling to accept shipment of the Goods on the agreed shipping date or as provided in the prior sentence, Seller may, at its option, place the Goods in storage and bill Buyer for the storage charges. In such case, risk of loss shall pass to Buyer when the Goods are placed in storage, and the date the Goods are placed in storage shall constitute the date of shipment for purposes of beginning the warranty period.
16. Waiver Failure of Seller at any time to require Buyer’s performance of any obligation hereunder shall not affect Seller’s right to require performance of that obligation or of any other obligation of Buyer hereunder. No delay, or omission in the exercise of any right, power, or remedy hereunder shall impair such right, power, or remedy or be considered to be a waiver of any default or acquiescence therein.
17. Miscellaneous Buyer shall not assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder without Seller’s prior written consent. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union without regard to any rules on conflicts of laws. The section headings contained herein are not part of these Terms and Conditions and are included solely for the convenience of the parties.
