30-Hour Concrete Safety Manager (CON-301)

This NYC DOB approved course is a comprehensive review of the NYC building codes, DOB Local Laws and bulletins and OSHA requirements. The purpose of the course is to prepare candidates with safe job practices for New York City major buildings where 2000 cubic yards of concrete are to be poured.

8-Hour Concrete Site Manager Refresher (CON-302)

This is the refresher course to the NYC DOB approved 30-Hour Concrete Safety Manager course. This course is a comprehensive review of the NYC Building Codes, DOB Local Laws and bulletins, and OSHA requirements. The purpose of the course is to prepare candidates with safe job practices for New York City major buildings where 2000 cubic yards of concrete are to be poured.

4-Hour Supported Scaffold User (SST-306)

Elements of supported scaffold safety and the nature of supported scaffold hazards are discussed. Topics include scaffold inspections, recognizing different hazards (e.g. falling, electrical, etc.), and protective equipment. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a picture ID card, valid for 4 years.
