ARGENTINA
Argentina is one of the world´s largest Spanish-speaking countries, and its territory spans across a large portion of the Southern Cone: it borders with Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay and the Atlantic Ocean. The country´s geography is as diverse as it is large, and in Argentina you can enjoy horse rides in endless fertile prairies, climb the planet´s second highest mountain range, or explore jungles and breathtaking salt flats. The climate also varies according to the area, so temperatures go from sub-polar in the South to tropical in the North. This South American nation offers unmatched natural and cultural attractions, from its world famous ski centers to dazzling Iguazu Falls, from Perito Moreno Glacier to Iberá Wetlands, Argentina will make your clients fall in love. Famous for its meats, wines, tango and rich cultural life, Argentina is a welcoming nation for visitors worldwide, with activities for every interest and whim.
Invite your clients to an unforgettable journey, rich in experiences and picture perfect landscapes!
BRAzIL
The Federative Republic of Brazil is located in South America´s eastern coast, and it´s the continent´s largest country. It borders with all South American countries except for Ecuador and Chile - and its long coastline shores the Atlantic Ocean. With over 3 million square miles and 202 million inhabitants, Brazil is as diverse as its size. Home to the Amazon Forest, it boasts more than 4 million native animal and plant species, making its territory one of the most biodiverse areas in the planet. The country´s tropical climate, its famous beaches, savannahs, wetlands and lush natural landscape make it a favorite for tourists all year round. When helping your customers plan their trip to Brazil, bear in mind not all countries have the same entry requirements. While nationals from South America can enter with their ID card, citizens from other countries may need a valid passport, visas and /or vaccination certificates. Once the paperwork is in order, getting to Brazil is fairly easy, for it has over 4000 airports, 40 ports and an extensive highway system. Melting pot of ethnic groups, Brazil is home to a rich mix of Amerindian, African and European cultures. Even though half of the 6 million tourists that visit Brazil stay at Río de Janeiro, this South American giant has a lot to offer, and will seduce travelers with countless breathtaking destinations, picture perfect beaches and exuberant landscapes. From Sao Paulo´s sophistication to the wild Amazon forest, suggest an unforgettable trip full of joy and exuberance!
Iguazu Falls
Iguazu falls are one of the world´s Seven Natural Wonders, and no visitor will remain impassive with the unmatched scenery. Located in the National Park of Iguazu (Argentina) and Iguaçu (Brazil), Iguazu falls are a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an unforgettable experience well worth recommending. The name Iguazu means “Big Water” in Guaraní indigenous language. The falls are located on the shores of the Iguazu river, and they are formed by several rapids and waterfalls, the highest of them being the 282 feet “Devils Throat” with 53,000 cubic feet of water per second passing through it. Tourists can enjoy the natural parks and the waterfalls on both the Argentinean and the Brazilian borders, and take advantage of the different walkways and jungle paths just by paying park entrance tickets. For an extra fee they can also get to know this natural wonder by boat, helicopter, or at night during full moons. When visiting Iguazu we recommend either staying in Puerto Iguazu (Argentina) or Foz de Iguaçu (Brazil). Both cities have busy international airports that connect local and international travelers with Iguazu. The falls are located in a subtropical area, and are an ideal destination to visit all year round: winters are very mild, and warm temperatures are a given.
Invite your customers an unforgettable trip of jaw dropping beauty nested between Argentina and Brazil
