Booking and cancellation policy / information from the Austrian hotel regulations: (1) Within a minimum of three months prior to the agreed day of arrival of the guest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by both parties without the guest having to pay a cancellation fee. (2) Within a minimum of one month prior to the agreed day of arrival of the guest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by both parties. However, a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of three days’ accommodation will be charged. If the booking is cancelled later than one month prior to the day of arrival, the full cost of the planned stay will be charged, minus the cost of additional services not used, but only if the hotel is unable to rent the respective apartment to someone else. A binding accommodation contract comes into force only if the Hotel Edelweiss & Gurgl confirms your booking in written form. Cancellations can only be accepted in written form and are only valid after they have been confirmed in written form by the hotel.
