Hotel Regulations 1. Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out is available upon
request. Please inquire the Reception for availability. 2. Please present upon check in one of the following types: ID card, citizen identify card, Passport,
permanent resident or temporary resident card (if customer is foreigner), or other personal identification paper with photo issued by competent authorities of Vietnamese 3. By the law, visitors please present your personal documents for hotel record and it will be
returned upon check out. Visiting time is from 09:00 to 21:00 every day. 4. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapon, explosive, flammable, poison, drug items,
animals and strong smell food (i.e. Durian, jack fruit, seafood, etc) are strictly prohibited within hotel premises. 5. Cooking, re-arranging furniture or moving items from one room to another are not permitted
in guest rooms. 6. Please store all valuable items in the safe, as the hotel will not be held responsibility for any
loss of money or valuables. 7. Guests will be responsible and charged for any damage, loss or breakage of hotel property. 8. Guests are requested to stay in their registered rooms. If you would like to move room,
please contact the Reception Desk for assistance. 9. Please comply with the City regulations on fire safety & prevention, environment hygiene,
security & order, public safety and other provisions. 10. After 21:00 please be considerate of other guests regarding noise level. 11. Please refrain from smoking in bed, or in parts of the Hotel, which could easily catch fire. 12. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodating person who could cause disease,
discomfort or inconvenience to other guests. 13. Please refrain from putting any articles, which could detract from the external appearance of
the Hotel, in or around windows. 14. Please make sure the door is properly closed when you leave the room. Before answering
the door, please look through the peephole or open the door only slightly without removing the latch. 15. Using photograph taken in the Hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal, and those
who do so will be subject to prosecution. 16. A bathrobe and slippers have been provided to use in your guest room. Kindly refrain from
going out of your room when dressing in these items. These guidelines are written to help you enjoying a safe and comfortable stay during your time with us. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Safety & Security Emergency Exit Plan Hotel Nikko Saigon maintains rigid quality control standards in accordance with government regulations on safety and security. We kindly ask you to take a moment to review the following information:
Fire Extinguisher and Hoses Fire extinguishers and hoses are located in the Fire Hose Reel Cabinet along the corridor on each floor. Please note their positions and the alarm pull switch in advance.

▶ If you discover smoke / fire inside your room: Please keep calm and immediately contact the Reception Desk. Please indicate your name, your room number and specify the place and nature of the incident. If you can safely extinguish the fire (for small fires only), please do so. If fire is large and endangers your life or the lives of others, take your room key card, exit the room and close the door behind you. Alert the others in the area. Activate the nearest alarm and walk to the nearest staircase (do not use elevator).
▶ If you are ordered to evacuate your room: Keep calm, do not panic. If fire alarm is sounded and you must leave your room, take your key card, feel the door with your palm before opening. ▶ If door is hot, do not open. • Contact Reception Desk immediately, indicates your name and your room number. • If the telephone line is dead, give a signal from the window with a flash light to call for help. • Remember to fill up the bathtub with water. • Stuff the door gap with wet towels or wet sheets to keep smoke or flames from entering.
▶ If door is cool, open it slightly and look into the hallway. • Be prepared to immediately close if you find smoke or flames. • Close the door behind to keep fire from spreading. Keep a wet cloth to cover your nose and
mouth. Walk to the nearest smoke-free exit. • If there is heavy smoke, or if it is dark, drop on your hands and knees and crawl to the nearest
exit. Air is fresher at floor level. All fire exits are marked by a green illuminated “EXIT” signs. We recommend that you take a moment to review the emergency evacuation procedures at the back of the room entrance door for your own security. Locate the nearest fire exits. Count and remember the number of doors between the exits and your door. Locate the nearest alarm pull station and fire extinguisher.
Safety & Security Fire Safety Precautions We encourage you to observe the following safety precautions: • Do not cover desk lamps with any inflammable. • Do not smoke in bed, especially when you are tired and sleepy. • Use an ashtray. Do not throw a burning cigarette into the garbage bin. • It is prohibited to smoke ‘shisha’ in the room. • Do not keep any fire hazardous materials in the room. • When leaving the room, please do not forget to switch off the lights by taking
out your key card from the energy activation socket near the main door.
For Your Safety • If you lose or mis-locate your room key, contact the Reception Desk immediately. • Return your room key to the Receptionist when checking out. • Make sure to lock the main door from inside while occupying your ro o m . • For additional safety, use the safety latch. • Never allow strangers, unnoticed deliveries or repairmen entering your room without
checking with management. • Do not reveal the name of your hotel or room number to strangers. • At anytime during your stay, if you notice anything suspicious or require any
special assistance, our Duty Manager is available 24 hours for your request.
Storm Safety • During the months of August to December, Saigon is occasionally subject to strong wind
and heavy rain. • Before leaving the Hotel, check with Concierge Desk for the latest weather information.
