The design block is located on the south side of the new ridge industrial belt, and the ecological corridor of the high voltage line passes through the middle of the block. It is an important ecological corridor in the land block.

The main content of this plan is to protect the pattern of ancient villages and internal historical buildings and historical and humanistic environment factors, at the same time develop characteristic tourism, and promote the sustainable development of ancient villages.

Weakness

The site is located in the mid-eastern of Shipu town, which is a seaside and tourism town. Therefore, the planning goal is becoming a characteristic coastal resort. Meanwhile, The target of the project is urban renewal which should focus on improving local residents' life environment.
