At the Waterfront Shopping Center in Pittsburgh, PA, we made great use of a vacant Macy’s department building, transforming the empty space into a new Waterfront Tech Center. The converted two-story, 140,000 square foot, free-standing store is now a Class A office with two long-term tenants.
