DESIGNING YOUR RING Our Concierge will meet you at your preferred location, whether it be your home, or quiet coffee shop.

Using mock up rings they will assist you to choose the form of the piece and help you make design choices such as which width suits your finger best, ring style and cut of stone for example. They will then offer advice on the precious metal white, yellow or rose gold and help you select the number of diamonds or stones; one, two or more. Once you’re happy, the design process will begin.

Using 3D design software and your brief we will then move forward with the design. A life-size model is created using a 3D printer which once finished we present to you, so you can see and feel how the ring will be. This process is repeated until you’re happy with the prototype.

Once and only when your happy we then cast your jewellery piece in our on-site workshop. Our Goldsmiths then set to work, hand crafting your ring using traditional methods including working under a microscope to ensure each element of the final piece is perfect.

When your piece is completed, it will be cleaned and polished and presented to you in a beautiful jewellery box.

If your ring is for an engagement we can first cast y o u r p i e c e i n s i l v e r, s o t h a t o n c e y o u r p a r t n e r h a s seen the ring, and is happy we can then recast the ring in their chosen metal.

21 REMODELLING SERVICE If you no longer wish to wear a piece of jewellery in its existing form but want to create something modern and wearable, then our re m o d e l l i n g s e r v i ce i s t h e i d e a l s o l u t i o n . We ca n reuse the materials, reset a gemstone or use the essence of the original pieces as inspiration for something new.

JEWELLERY REPAIR CENTRE Rings and jewellery need regular maintenance settings need tightening and claws can wear down over time. Our expert craftsmen can give you an assessment and an indication of work that might be needed and will give the care and attention your piece of jewellery deserves.
