Leaving the reception

Staying elsewhere or heading straight for the airport? You may wish to arrange some statement transport to step into after the celebrations – think of the photo opportunities as your guests wave you off!

Don’t forget your guests!

Many couples arrange transport for guests to make their day that little bit easier. Depending on your venue’s location and parking options, you may wish to ferry them there and back from a central location, or perhaps you just need to provide wheels from the ceremony to the reception if most of them are staying at the venue. Either way, the northeast has an impressive selection of reliable and professional coach companies at your service. Not organising guest transport? Have some local taxi numbers on hand for them.

Top three transport tips

1. If you can, view the vehicle(s) before signing on the dotted line to make sure it’s the right transport type for you. 2. Find out exactly what’s included, from the number of seats to décor and added extras, like fizz! 3. Confirm all the details of your booking(s) in writing – date, time and cost as well as what happens if something goes wrong. ♥
