Bridesmaids We Will Survive !

Hen party company Fizzbox have done the research and revealed what items should be in every bridesmaid’s/bride’s man’s survival kit. Here’s the tea…

Wedding survival kits are a bag of goodies given to bride squads for use on the big day. You’ll find loads of handy bits and bobs, from make up to toiletries and more, and it’s usually gifted by the bride or put together by her gals/guys. Here are the must-haves…

1. Mini nail file

Hangnail? Damaged one of those perfectly manicured talons? Just whip out a trusty mini emery board to save the day… Almost all of Fizzbox’s respondents – 98% – wanted one of these on hand!

2. Lash glue

Avert any false eyelash mishaps – you don’t want to be that person in the photos.

3. Stain wipes

What we love about weddings? Complimentary bottles of red wine on the table. What we don’t love? Red wine stains and accidental spillages. Avoid the inevitable with a pack of stain wipes.

4. Blister plasters

You’ll be standing for most of the day and if you’re wearing heels, chances are you’re probably going to get some kind of blister… Sorry! Make the pain more bearable with one of these.

5. Lipstick

Thanks to its subtle, classy look and nonsmudge nature, matt lippies are the preferred choice for weddings.

6. Portable phone charger

More than half of Fizzbox’s ‘maids said they’d run out of battery before the end of the night, meaning they relied on other guests to capture candid shots. With a portable charger, there’ll be no more gut-wrenching moments when you realise your phone’s out of juice. Just give it a boost and keep those cute selfies coming!

7. Fashion tape

Ideal for keeping bra straps in place and perfect for quick-fix hemming, and other emergency repairs, it’d be silly not to have this handy on the day.

8. Pain relief

Headache, period pains or another ailment sprung up? No worries, just ensure there’s some paracetamol to hand.

9. Chewable toothbrush

The perfect after dinner buddy for a freshen up and removal of food sprigs from your teeth. No water needed and you’ll be minty fresh too. Win win!

10. Setting spray

Ideal for keeping your look fresher for longer, and great for make up touch ups for the bride or bridal party. ♥
