Fortunately for us, if you’re planning on self-driving South Africa and Namibia, you won’t need to switch sides, because like NZ they drive on the left. The infrastructure is very good, the roads are smooth, well signposted and a pleasure to cruise along. You’ll need a full New Zealand Drivers Licence to hire a car, with most rental companies boasting high quality vehicles and options to suit everyone.

1 / PACKING FOR SAFARI It’s not a fashion statement, or a joke, khaki really will help you blend into the safari landscape. Most animals are not accustomed to bright colours so camouflage helps if you’re hoping to get close to the Big Five. Furthermore, insects love a strong colour, so stay away from the bright apparel. Citronella soap and/or lotion is a great deterrent, as is a stiff gin and tonic. True story. Mosquitoes detest the quinine found in tonic water - and add the gin, just because. Game drives always have cold moments, so gloves and beanies are smart items to pack. You’ll also be thankful for your own pair of binoculars. When the animals aren’t within metres of your vehicle, you don’t want to be scrambling for binoculars shared between the entire group.

2 / WHEN TO SEE VICTORIA FALLS Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe is one of those sights that can take your breath away. The Zambezi River is at its lowest between October and early December, its highest level is between March and May. Low levels will expose more bare rock, high water levels can produce back spray and hazy visibility. Easily combined with a visit to nearby safari locations, the area is also an adventure capital, so you can bungy, go white water rafting or take a scenic helicopter flight.

5 / CUISINE TO TICKLE YOUR TASTE BUDS Meat lovers can’t go wrong with a Boerewors sausage. Also known as the farmer’s sausage, this tasty concoction has a guaranteed 90% meat and a medley of spices, including toasted coriander seeds, black pepper, nutmeg and cloves. Cooked on a Braai, a South African BBQ using only wood or charcoal briquettes, the flavours are rustic and delicious. Out on safari watch the sun set with sundowners, followed by a boma dinner back at your lodge where you’ll enjoy fine wine and gourmet food under a starlit sky. If crisp linen and crystal glass is more your thing, Cape Town is awash with impressive menus crafted by top rated chefs.

4 / CAPE TOWN CONSIDERATIONS Travelling to South Africa has never been cheaper. The South African Rand has a great exchange rate making your travelling experiences and all that fine dining and superb shopping in Cape Town even better value. Table Mountain is a must-see, it’s a good idea to visit in the morning, when the views are better and because the wind usually picks up later in the day. The same applies for Robben Island so it’s better to opt for the morning ferries. And if you have time, High Tea at the Mount Nelson is a treat worth indulging in.

6 / THE GREAT WILDEBEEST MIGRATION The Great Wildebeest Migration is a year-round occurrence as the wildebeest are always on the move; motivated by an instinct to seek fresh grazing and water. Your experience will vary depending on what month you visit. The key months are when the great herds of wildebeest cross the Mara River and undertake vast treks across the plains of the Serengeti. Every occasion will bring a different perspective on one of the world’s great natural wonders. The masses begin their move north from Tanzania to Kenya in late June through to July, the river crossings tend to take place from July to November. Then, driven by the rain, they head back to Tanzania sometime in October. Over two million animals migrate between July and October, including 1.7 million wildebeest, as well as zebra and antelope, so there are many moments for that oncein-a-lifetime experience.

For those wanting solid walls in the wilderness, lodges are the ideal choice. You’re still located in the middle of a game park, but the accommodation is fully equipped, usually African safari themed and offers plenty of space, much like a home away from home. There are traditional African bomas which are enclosed outdoor areas that usually boast roaring bonfires, plenty of socialising and nightly entertainment.

Just like any other city in the world, some hotels have been carefully planned to ensure you’re a stone’s throw from all the main attractions, others are historic and some are oozing with African tradition. Want all three? No problem, if you’re after cultural as well as local, just let us know. This doesn’t mean staying in a tent, well it does, but it’s a flash tent. ‘Under Canvas’ accommodation refers to a permanent camp, and it’s designed to offer extreme comfort while maintaining the authenticity of staying close to wildlife. It adds a completely different meaning to the word camp. Usually small in size, with between four and 30 tents, you still get your minibar, en suite bathroom, rain shower, electricity and many other creature comforts that vary from camp to camp.

Small group tours usually accommodate between four and 16 guests so it’s a very intimate way to travel. There are more chances to get off the beaten track in groups as small as these and the cultural activities have more of a presence. You’ll use a variety of transport and stay in a mixture of camps, under canvas, hotel and lodge accommodation, all dependant on your destinations. Itineraries are created to ensure the most suitable amount of time is spent in each place, before moving onto the next.

OUR FAVOURITE THINGS TO SEE AND DO Cape Town’s surrounding beaches – The beautiful beaches in Cape Town contribute to the Mother City’s worldwide fame. From the trendy shores of Clifton and Camps Bay to the warmer swimming waters of False Bay – if you love surf and sand, Cape Town will have a beach that’s just right for you. Game Drives – Nothing gets the heart racing quite like being on a game drive in search of some amazing wildlife. While Kruger National Park is world-famous, its worth considering one of the other parks and reserves. Madikwe is the fifth largest park in South Africa and it is malaria free, a similar boast applies to Kariega Game Reserve near to Port Elizabeth, and both have the big five present. There’s more than one way to see a big cat!

Dining – Cape Town is quickly emerging on the gastronomical world map, supported by its high quality of wine produce from the nearby winelands of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. A visit to some of Cape Town’s most famous eating neighbourhoods such as V&A Waterfront, Kloof Street and De Waterkant will inspire you to reach further into South Africa’s food culture. Try Cape Malay specialities such as bobotie, spoilt-forchoice seafood options, and a spot of fine dining from many world-class restaurants.

Day 1: Cape Town – Winelands (85km) An early departure from Cape Town will give you the best start for the first day of your journey, reaching the Winelands in plenty of time for lunch. OUR FAVOURITE THINGS TO SEE AND DO Victoria Falls – Victoria Falls is spectacular to visit throughout the year with the best time from February to May, after the rainy season. This is when you will see the greatest flow of water, although it may be a little difficult to photograph the falls up close without getting yourself and your camera wet! On the upside, due to higher water levels, river rafting is an adrenaline fuelled option.

The Boma Dinner & Drum Show – Ok we’re still at Vic Falls but now enjoying a night of traditional music and dance and a gut busting buffet. There’s plenty variety to suit all tastes and this is great chance to try some game meats including kudu, impala, ostrich and crocodile tail! All conducted in an interactive party atmosphere with lots of drumming, fun and laughs.

Take to the air – You can take a helicopter flight over Victoria Falls. Or try a hair-raising microlight flight from Livingstone on the Zambian side for a more open-air experience! For the more adventurous ‘flyers’ still, there are zip lines, a gorge swing and a bungy jump from the Victoria Falls Bridge! Some of the small charter plane flights you might take between camps also offer the bonus of an aerial view of the scenery or wildlife below.

Take to the water – Mana Pools in the lower Zambezi is great for safari river cruises from your lodge. The birdlife is spectacular in this region, there are Hippos in the water of course, and at the right time you can see elephants swimming across the river, a magical and truly unique encounter. For an immersive adventure, and not for the feint hearted, you can take a guided canoe safari over 3 or 4 nights, camping by the river, getting very close to the wildlife.

Great Zimbabwe National Monument – Great Zimbabwe was once the greatest medieval city in subSaharan Africa. At the height of its realm between the 13th and 15th centuries, the city housed 10—20,000 people and evidence shows trading with peoples as far away as the Middle-East and China. The Great Enclosure is the largest ancient structure in sub-Saharan Africa, at nearly 100 metres across and 255 metres in circumference.

OUR FAVOURITE THINGS TO SEE AND DO Okavango Delta – The Okavango Delta consists of 15,000sq km of lagoons, channels and islands in northwestern Botswana. It’s the largest inland delta in the world and is teeming with wildlife. Most obvious are elephant, zebra, buffalo, wildebeest, giraffe, hippo and kudu. In the centre of the Delta, the Moremi wildlife reserve is specifically for wildlife preservation. A great way to see the Delta is by mokoro (dugout canoe), which are generally poled through the waterways by guides. The Delta impresses travellers yearround and with its continual cycle of climate and habitat variation, it is always a good time to be there.

Chobe National Park – Chobe National Park covers 11,000sq km. Kasane, in the north, is the park’s gateway. Kasane is a good place to base yourself for quick visits to the park, it’s also where you arrive when flying to Chobe. The most popular activity is a cruise or drive along the riverfront, where you have a good chance of spotting elephants (with herds of up to 500), yawning hippos floating by, lion, giraffe, warthog, hyena, crocodile, zebra and plenty of bird species.

There are antelope, lion, hyena, cheetah, and hippo, as well as a stunning array of birds, but no elephant or buffalo. The northern part of the park, Nxai Pan, takes in another 4,000sq km. The southern part is a complex of mini salt pans. Day 3-5: Hwange National Park Fly south to Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe’s premier wildlife and conservation area. Spend two nights at Little Makalolo, situated right infront of a waterhole, making you feel like you are watching a National Geographic TV channel constantly. OUR FAVOURITE THINGS TO SEE AND DO Climbing Dune 45 – Sossuvlei is home to immense sand dunes including the most famous Dune 45. What goes up must come down. It takes around 1 hour to ascend the mighty orange sand dune and around 5-10 minutes to descend! One step forward and two steps back. No one said it was easy, this is sand, the fine dry stuff that is not ideal for going anywhere fast. Take your time and take lots of photos, partly because this place is amazing, and also as an excuse to stop and catch your breath! Oh and do it at sunrise… it gets hot in the desert once the sun comes up.

Oktoberfest – The legacy of Germany’s influence on Namibia is evident in its architecture, food and refreshingly, its beer! Yes here in Africa, in October, in Windhoek, it is the time to fill up a stein, garnish a sausage with mustard and oompah your way around the capital as it celebrates the traditional Oktoberfest quite unlike anywhere else in the world!

Visit a Himba Tribe – The Himba are semi nomadic livestock farmers who have maintained their culture and subsistence way of life despite the encroachments of the modern world. If you are lucky enough to do so you will encounter people with a distinctive traditional tribal lifestyle almost devoid of modern material trappings and whose customs have stood the test of time.

Fish River Canyon – In the south of Namibia is the largest canyon in Africa, it is very deep, 550 metres in places, and over 160 kilometres long. Between May and September you can obtain a permit to hike along the Fish River, however if its just a spectacular view you are after, its far easier to stop at one the view points on the way to the Ai-Ais Hot springs.

Seal & Dolphin Cruise – With the Namib Desert on one side and the south Atlantic on the other Namibia is a world of contrasts. Enjoy a cruise from Walvis Bay where there is a good chance of seeing Cape fur seals, bottlenose dolphins, pelicans, flamingos and a wide variety of other sea birds. If you are lucky, there is also a chance of seeing whales and leatherback turtles.

Day 1: Windhoek – Kalahari Desert Travel into the largest sand mass on earth, the Kalahari Desert. Observe the fauna and flora that have survived in this exceptionally dry desert environment.

Day 2: Swakopmund Swakopmund has a relaxed pace and is also perfect for a wide range of adventures. We recommend doing the seal and dolphin cruise (additional cost) to check out the cape fur seals, bottlenose dolphins and flamingos! Day 3: Damaraland Heading north, travel to geologically diverse Damaraland and visit Twyfelfontein, a UNESCO Heritage-site featuring over 2500 ancient rock art engravings. In this harsh rocky environment visit the Petrified Forest and visit a traditional Damara village. Day 4: Damaraland – Etosha National Park After a relaxed breakfast travel to your camp just outside the park famous for its wildlife and enjoy a guided safari. Day 5-6: Etosha National Park These days are devoted purely to witnessing wildlife found in the world-renowned Etosha National Park. Focusing mainly around waterholes where wildlife gathers, you may encounter four of the Big Five, as well as rare wildlife species not seen anywhere else in the world. Day 7: Etosha National Park – Windhoek After breakfast en-route to Windhoek stop at the woodcarvers’ market in Okahandja. Arrive at Windhoek in the late afternoon where your tour ends.

Day 2: Fish River Canyon Head towards Fish River Canyon via Garas quiver tree forest, with bizarre scrap metal sculptures and huge stacked boulders known as the Giant’s Playground. Arrive at your lodge, then explore the area by foot or safari vehicle. Day 3-4: Luderitz Travel to the coastal town of Luderitz with the chance to see wild horses of the Namib Desert on the way. Visit Kolmanskop ghost town and take a stop at Diaz Point overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Day 5-6: Namib Desert The next two days are spent in the Namib Desert. Witness the amazing red tones of Sossusvlei, this is a treat for photographers! Follow up with a visit to Sesriem Canyon. Enjoy an optional sundowner boat cruise on the Okavango River, a great way to see the sun go down, and admire the over 400 species of birdlife in the area. Day 4-5: Bwabwata National Park After breakfast, travel to your lodge on the banks of the Okavango River. Visit the Popa Falls and prepare for some rewarding game viewing activities. Day 6: Kwando River Travel via the town of Katima Mulilo towards the Botswana border. En-route, visit a traditional village where you will learn more about the Caprivi culture. Day 7: Chobe National Park Cross over the border into Botswana today. OUR FAVOURITE THINGS TO SEE AND DO David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust – Visiting this elephant orphanage is a great experience, and a lot can be learnt from those who have dedicated their lives to nurturing and reviving the African wildlife in any way possible. With an ongoing threat of elephant and rhino poaching in Africa, the inspiration to help this Trust reach their goal is becoming increasingly important. For a small annual cost, anyone in the world can now foster an elephant at the Trust, which helps to rehabilitate these precious creatures to their natural habitat. Doors are open for only 1 hour a day, so be sure to book your visit before arriving.

Amboseli National Park – At 392sq km, Amboseli is full of elephant in huge herds. One of the highlights is seeing them cross the grassy plains with Tanzania’s Mt Kilimanjaro standing tall in the background. You can see a large variety of wildlife here. Most visitors approach Amboseli through Namanga, the main border post between Kenya and Tanzania.

Masai village visit – There is no better way to learn about culture of the locals than to spend quality time with them, and in their homestead. Get to know their culture and customs on a visit to the traditional Masai village, the local primary school or the busy market day. Experience how the Masai people live in the middle of the bush with zebra grazing and lions roaring just outside their homes. For many, special memories of a Masai visit will last a lifetime.

Kenyan Beaches – Kenyan beaches make an excellent ending to any Kenya safari. Pick a beach anywhere north of Mombasa and you can expect brilliant blue seas lapping against fine white sands. OUR FAVOURITE THINGS TO SEE AND DO Serengeti National Park – Serengeti National Park, which sprawls across 14,763sq km, is Tanzania’s most famous game park. Get a glimpse of what East Africa must have looked like in the days before the ‘Great White Hunters’ arrived. On the seemingly endless Serengeti Plains there are literally millions of scrambling hoofed animals. They’re constantly on the move in search of grassland and are preyed upon by a mob of predators.

Ngorongoro Crater – The views from the rim of Ngorongoro Crater are spectacular, but you need to descend to its 20 kilometre wide floor to see all the wildlife you desire, as well as thousands of flamingo wading in the shallows of Lake Magadi. Local Masai tribes also have grazing rights here.

Mt Kilimanjaro National Park – Mt Kilimanjaro is one of Africa’s magnificent sights, and at 5,895 metres, it is the highest peak on the African continent. The mountain rises through lush rainforests, alpine meadows and finally across a barren lunar landscape to the snow-capped twin summits. Day 5-6: Queen Elizabeth National Park Leave the forest and travel to Ishasha in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Settle in for two nights at the wonderful Ishasha Wilderness camp. Enjoy a full day of game drives in the Ishasha area. Look out for huge herds of buffalo, elephant, and of course the famous tree-climbing lions.

Day 2-3: Queen Elizabeth National Park Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park to check-in to the luscious Ishasha Wilderness Camp. Spend two glorious nights in this unspoilt and remote wilderness. Enjoy sumptuous meals every day and take part in daily activities including game drives, village visits, or relax in your luxury tent to absorb the surroundings. Day 4-5: Bwindi National Park After breakfast take a 3 hour drive to Bwindi. Two nights are spent at the cosy Buhoma Lodge, where you’re surrounded by an immaculate tropical rainforest. Day 7: Queen Elizabeth National Park – Ishasha to Mweya Depart Ishasha to the Mweya area of the national park, enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel and onto Mweya Safari Lodge.

Day 6: Volcanoes National Park After checking out of Buhoma Lodge, set off to cross the border into Rwanda. An overnight stay at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge will have beautiful views of the neighbouring volcanoes ready for you to enjoy.

Day 8: Chimpanzee Trekking Drive to the Kyambura Gorge to enjoy Chimpanzee trekking and then to Kibale and your lodge for two nights.

Day 7: Kigali Prepare for another gorilla trek opportunity or guided golden monkeys walk.

Day 9: Kibale Forest Meet your guides at the National Park’s headquarters for your trekking experience.

Please read these booking conditions carefully CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT The guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will apply to services supplied by us except where they are acquired, or held out as being acquired for business purposes. 1. OUR SERVICES AND OBLIGATIONS 1.1 House of Travel Ltd (‘we” or “us” as the case may be) supply services consisting of arranging and co-ordinating travel facilities and services, and making bookings and issuing vouchers to be redeemed by suppliers of travel, entertainment, and accommodation facilities or services (“Suppliers”). House of Travel Ltd is part of the House of Travel group. 1.2 We undertake to perform these services with reasonable care and skill. We will not be liable for any loss or damage which results from the act, default or omission of any person other than ourselves, our employees or agents, or any cause independent of human control. This includes (but is not limited to), loss or damage which arises directly or indirectly from any act of God, weather disruptions, dangers incidental to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of Governments or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, deaths, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or medical or customs regulations. 1.3 We are not able to exercise control over services we do not supply directly, therefore we will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from: • Any booking made directly with a service Supplier by your travel agent, or • Any services which are not directly provided by us and which are additional to those recorded in clause 1.1 above. 1.4 We will endeavour to provide the most suitable travel arrangements to meet the particular requirements you make known to us. However, travel is an individual experience, and your preferences and opinions may vary from our own. For this reason, we cannot take responsibility for your individual satisfaction. 2. SUPPLY OF TRAVEL, ENTERTAINMENT AND ACCOMMODATION SERVICES AND FACILITIES 2.1 When we make bookings with Suppliers, we are acting as a booking agent for such Supplier. 2.2 All travel, entertainment, and accommodation facilities or services are supplied directly to you by the Suppliers. We have no control over the facilities or services themselves, or the manner in which they are provided by the Suppliers. Therefore you should be aware of the following conditions: • We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind which may arise from your use or consumption of, or inability to use or consume those facilities or services. • The provision of those facilities or services is subject to the terms and conditions of your contract with each Supplier. • Where for any reason, a Supplier is unable to provide particular facilities or services, then that Supplier may be entitled, under its contract with you, to substitute those services or facilities with comparable or equivalent facilities or services without incurring any liability to you. You should check your contract with each Supplier. • All facilities or services described by us are subject to availability from the Supplier. • We will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage relating to your baggage, personal possessions, health or welfare, or delays or travel disruptions unless these arise directly from the service we provide to you. 3. BUSINESS PURPOSES You agree that where our services are acquired for business purposes, or where you hold yourself out as acquiring our services for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply to any supply of goods or services made under these conditions, and we will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage of any kind to you, including any consequential loss or damage however it may be caused. 4. INFORMATION IN THIS BROCHURE 4.1 While we attempt to ensure that the contents of this brochure are correct, accurate, and up to date at the time of printing, the contents of this brochure are drawn from information supplied to us by Suppliers. We do not have, and cannot be reasonably expected to have, personal knowledge about all of the facilities or services provided by each Supplier. 4.2 Facilities or services may change after the date of printing. We endeavour to keep travel agents informed of any changes to information in this brochure which are brought to our attention. Prior to completing your booking, you should ask your travel agent whether they are aware of any changes to the published information. You should also make sure that if

your travel agent is advised of changes which occur after booking, your travel agent is able to contact you. 4.3 Maps and Photographs: Maps are shown for general information and may not necessarily reflect actual routings, locations or services provided. Photographs may show places in the geographic area which are not included in your booking. Hotel room photographs may not be the actual room occupied. 4.4 Property Information: Descriptions featured in this brochure are drawn from information provided by our Suppliers. Any facilities or services shown are subject to change at any time. Please advise your travel agent if you have any special requirements. 4.5 Room Bedding: Based on existing bedding in the room. Requests for specific bedding arrangements must be made at the time of booking but can not be guaranteed. For example, twin share may consist of single beds or a shared double bed. 4.6 Rental Cars: We cannot guarantee to provide a particular model or colour within the car category. Availability of car categories is subject to confirmation at the time of booking. We reserve the right to substitute different models. If a vehicle is returned prior to the end of the reserved rental period or if the vehicle is picked up later than the reserved date, NO REFUND will be made for unused rental days

8.3 We strongly recommend that you insure yourself fully against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. See Section 10. 9. RESERVATION AMENDMENTS We are happy to incorporate any reasonable amendments you request. An amendment constitutes a change to an existing booking and will attract a $25 fee per amendment prior to final payment and the issuing of the travel documents, and a $50 fee per amendment after travel documents have been issued. These fees are to cover administration and communication costs. You may also be required to pay any Supplier imposed fees. 10. INSURANCE We strongly recommend that you insure yourself fully against cancellation, loss of luggage and personal property, and medical expenses. Your travel agent will be able to provide you with further information. 11. ITEMS NOT COVERED Unless otherwise specified, the cost of airfares, meals, drinks, laundry, insurance, sightseeing, transfers, local taxes, airport departure taxes, Airline imposed insurance levies, passenger service charges and Passport or Visa application fees are not included.

5.1 The prices provided are a guide only. It is based on low season, per adult share twin pricing and is correct at the time of printing. The actual price may differ to that indicated due to currency fluctuations, special events, trade shows or peak periods. Prices for tours are based on per adult per night for share twin based on low season travel. Prices for cruises are per person for the complete cruise based on the lead-in cabin category on a low season sailing.

For all holidays in this brochure you will require a valid passport. You are responsible for arranging your own passport, visa and health requirements including inoculation. You should check with your travel agent who will be able to provide you with the necessary information.

5.2 We will guarantee the price of the portion of the booking as processed by us, against currency fluctuation for a period of seven (7) days from the time of confirmation of the booking; note: special conditions apply for cruise bookings. It is the responsibility of your travel agent to advise you of the date of confirmation. If your booking remains unpaid after the seven (7) day guarantee period it will be subject to currency fluctuation, up to the time full payment is received by us. 5.3 Events beyond our control, such as changes to the prices of aviation fuel or changes to the cost of services or facilities may result in the prices charged to you being different from those shown in the brochure. You should check all prices with your travel agent before making reservations, and before ticketing. 5.4 Prices may also be liable to variation between the time of booking and the date of departure due to events beyond our control. Due to unforeseen events we reserve the right to vary the price up to the time of your departure. 6. HOUSE OF TRAVEL ACCOMMODATION RATINGS To assist you with the selection of your accommodation, we have created our own rating system allowing you to compare each property. Please note that these gradings are to be used as a guide only and may alter throughout the year due to a change of circumstances. When selecting your accommodation please note that the overall quality of properties in Africa is generally lower than equivalent priced properties in other countries, particularly in the lower ratings. In general the room sizes are quite small and can vary, even within one property. Please check with your House of Travel consultant to ensure you get the property that best suits your needs. 7. PAYMENT 7.1 A non-refundable deposit will be required by your travel agent and must be paid at the time of booking. This is in addition to any deposits imposed by Suppliers. 7.2 A communication charge may be made for bookings requested less than 72 hours prior to departure. 7.3 Final payment must be made in full before we can release travel documents (including tickets). 8. CANCELLATION 8.1 If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, you must advise us in writing through your travel agent as soon as possible. 8.2 If you cancel your booking or any part of your booking, we will impose a cancellation fee in respect of each person travelling under that booking. You must also pay all cancellation fees imposed by Suppliers and your travel agent. These cancellation fees are required to offset booking, communication, and administrative charges which have already been incurred by us, Suppliers and your travel agent. Cancellation fees imposed by Suppliers and travel agents are beyond our control and you should check with your travel agent regarding what cancellation fees may be applicable.

13. NON-USE OF SERVICES OR FACILITIES If, of your own choice, you decide not to use part or parts of the arranged services or facilities, you will not be entitled to a refund from us (provided we have carried out our service with reasonable skill and care and to your requirements) and you may not be entitled to a refund from any Supplier. 14. HEALTH OR DISABILITY Some Suppliers may reserve the right to refuse to carry or accommodate people who because of a health condition or disability may require services or facilities to be provided in a special manner. You should check this with your travel agent. 15. SERVICE SATISFACTION During your holiday, if you encounter any situation where the service supplied to you does not meet your satisfaction, please take the matter up with the Supplier immediately. Your contract for each service is with the Supplier. If this is not possible immediately, or if you are still dissatisfied, please contact your travel agent. Both we and your travel agent will endeavour to investigate on your behalf and to negotiate with the Supplier to resolve the matter as soon as possible, so that you continue to enjoy your journey. 16. LEGAL CLAIMS Any claims or legal action in connection with the provision of our services to you will be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any claim or legal action against the Suppliers is likely to be subject to the terms of your contract with them, and may be governed by the laws of other countries. 17.
