Featuring Harris County Judge Ed Emmett

Each year, Harris County Judge Ed Emmett joins the Greater Houston Partnership to deliver his annual State of the County address. As he enters his third term, Judge Emmett will outline his vision for leading a growing urban county. With the population of Harris County projected to surpass 5 million by 2040, demand for services will increase and longstanding challenges will continue to persist.
