Equipment All athletes need to turn in their uniforms and sweats. The best procedure for this is to put everything in a plastic or paper bag and put your name on the bag. If you have sweats, please put them on a hanger. Please turn everything in to Coach Jantzen in his Discovery office, room 113d. Everything should be turned in now, except those who earned a varsity letter in track last year may keep their sweats. We will re-issue equipment for track in February.
Cross Country Banquet The cross-country banquet will be on Sunday, October 30 at 5 p.m. at Four Points by Sheraton is 10655 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77024. If you plan to attend I must know by Tuesday evening, 10-25!!!!!
Off Season Track Program For those of you not in another sport, there will be an off-season track program. To be a competitive athlete in any high school sport these days, it usually requires some type of conditioning nearly yearround. If you are interested in being competitive during the track season, and are not in another sport, make plans to stay in shape during the off-season. Please check the other attachments for more information on this.
