II. CLARITY (10 PTS) ________ Speak at a pace that allows the audience to understand the spoken words—enunciate.
III. CREATIVITY (20 PTS) ________ Enliven your presentation so that it reflects your subject matter. If using Powerpoint or Notebook, consider color schemes and fonts, and possibly graphs and charts.
IV. EYE CONTACT (10 PTS) ________
Keep eyes moving across the audience, NOT ON THE SCREEN. Eyes should only be on computer screen to verify information or location.
V. FIDGETING (10 PTS) ________ Do not fidget or lean or shift or whistle.
VI. NUMBER OF WORDS ON A POWERPOINT (15 PTS) ________
Without including title of slide, the maximum number of words per slide is 11, UNLESS APPROVED BY ME.
VII. LENGTH OF PRESENTATION (15 PTS) ________ Present at least 6 minutes, no longer than 10.
VIII. COLLEGIAL RESPECT (15 PTS) ________ Actively lesson to your fellow Scholar’s presentations. Sleeping, talking, or focusing on other tasks is unacceptable.
